Be careful with this brand! Order came from China in an unbranded box, it did not include a candle (website says it includes a $50 candle), it and it looks 100% like the $20 ones sold by Alibaba AND they blocked me from instagram after I commented on their post

Free candle is the smallest thing I’ve ever seen
Will not respond to emails requesting the advertised 30 day refund policy

I absolutely love my KozyLume candle warmer! It works exactly as expected, makes my house smell amazing, and I’ve already had a few compliments on it. Shipping took about 9 days.

Extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the complete lack of customer service from KozyLume. The product broke within just one month of receiving it, which is completely unacceptable given the price point and the way the product is advertised.

What has made this experience even worse is the company’s total disregard for customer support. We have made six separate attempts over the past six months to request either a replacement or refund for this faulty item and have received absolutely no resolution. In one instance, our message was clearly read and deliberately ignored. We have attempted contact through email, their support page and complaint form on their website, social media, and reviews, all of which have resulted in no communication or meaningful response whatsoever.

Most recently, we attempted to contact the sales support email address advertised on their website, only for the email to bounce back with a “Email Not Found” notification. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and accessibility of their customer support.

This item was purchased as a Christmas present, making the entire experience even more disappointing and frustrating. I have only given this company one star because there is no option to give zero stars. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage potential customers to avoid purchasing from this company, as there appears to be little to no after-sales support if something goes wrong.

Lamp arrived broken and company have been absolutely uncontactable since across multiple different platforms, very disappointing

The first one they sent me did not work but they did send me a second one that did perfectly, so appreciate that but also would've appreciated a heads up that they were doing that. The lamp has a nice warm lighting and does look like the photos. Can confirm it heats up cheese (as well as candles!). Also appreciate the toggle switch that allows you to toggle the strength of the lamp/bulb. However, the varnish/finish on the wooden base hasn't been taken to the edge in some areas so you can feel rough, uneven wood. The lamp comes with one bulb, not two as stated on website. Height clearance is about ~12cm so doesn't fit some of my taller candles.

I posted this review to their website as well but I have yet to see it surfaced. Overall though, for this price point I would expect better quality re the unfinished wood.
