Really amazing and fun🙂spent so long looking at all the amazing stuff

I used to be visit K Playground every chance I got. There’s no difference between their old and new location since it’s on the same road… and a minute further down. The only difference is that it’s bigger.. which is kind of obvious. Prices are ridiculous firstly. Secondly, if you’re a bts skz or ateez fan then this store is definitely for you. They lack so much variety, and mainly focus on these 3 groups. If there were other groups (which there are I’m not denying that), be prepared to see only one item on the self stacked with the rest of the bts stuff.. the staff are quite friendly so that’s not a problem. This store mainly focuses on about 5 bgs and nothing else, and everything else they DO have, it’s just one album on the furthestshelf and nothing else

This place is incredible, they’ve got everything you’d want out of a k-pop store and the staff are so hospitable. If you want to go and buy some k-pop merchandise, come to k-playground now.

Kplayground is such a great place and have lovely staff I always purchase from here and it comes very safely

Great range of products and helpful staff

I have no update on my online order even though I have contacted them on several occasions and on different platforms. They have zero customer service and are only active on their promotional stuff! I have already initiated a credit card charge back. I do not recommended them at all.

Whilst the albums arrived quickly, they were packaged very poorly. They were packed in a box that had a lot of excess space, and instead of using enough packaging filler, they used one piece of bubble wrap taped together that didn’t even cover the size of the album. Only covered half of it and was already slipping off by the time I opened the actual box.

Furthermore, these albums came with event specific preorder benefit photocards. These photocards were not packaged safely at all. They were sleeved but then just put at the bottom of the box, no toploaders or anything. Now this wouldn’t necessarily be a problem if they were say put between the albums, and the albums were very well packaged and the box left no room for movement. But that was not the case, and caused my photocards to just be moving around in the box, and if my parcel was handled poorly during the time it took to get to my house, who knows what the state of both the photocards and albums would be.

This is the first time I’ve ordered from their online store, as I usually pop in to their physical store anytime I’m in London. But I am very disappointed in how poor the packaging was. I understand businesses in the past have claimed using light amounts of package filler in order to be more environmentally aware, but there are eco friendly packaging alternatives. And maybe even just use a smaller box next time? Just overall quite disappointed :(((

Went for a day trip to London and especially wanted to go to this store! It was adorable! Cute Photo Booth and lovely atmosphere! I heard a song on their playlist playing out loud and didn’t find out the song in time so I asked the lovely staff if they could tell me what it was and she tried really hard to find the song for me. I didn’t catch her name but she was absolutely lovely at helping me out! Lovely staff in there and great product range! I definitely will be coming back when I go to London next!

Charges 2x the price for vinyl and wont offer refund on bent vinyl because it was "opened". Wouldnt reccomend poor service sending damaged goods. And expects me to exchange in store when i brought online. Only prompted a return on good will when the uk consumer rights act was brought up.
