Great set of earrings arrived in fantastic condition bought after sister showed them to me. Great site and great at keeping you informed of where your package is.

Everything that I've ordered has gotten to me in great condition and within the estimated delivery date! I have a VIP warranty membership which is great but I've never had to use it yet. If I ever have problems, all it takes is a quick email and I get a response the same day! Customer support people are always so polite and happy to help with anything.

I ORDERED 3 PCS OF SHIRT BUT WHEN I RECIEVED THEY GIVE ME WRONG ITEM.IM VERY DISSAPOINTED. THAT WHY I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN ON THIS SHOP.

Order was placed April 6th and still havenʻt received it. We realize this is coming from far away but there has been no follow up nor support to tell us. I ordered the highest membership that was available and all the merchandise with it. This for my teenage daughter who loves this group. It was ordered as a surprise and instead the surprise has been on me. The tracking only goes to June 22nd. It is now July 3rd. Still being charged for monthly membership with nothing to show for it. Very Disappointed.

We were under the impression that we would be getting newer merchandise and be able to test out the latest things. When we signed up, We received an item from many many albums ago and it was dirty on the inside which was disheartening. I emailed the company and they didn't do anything to correct the issue, they just said I could cancel on the my account portion of the website which we ended up doing since no one cared to help fix or address our question and concern. My daughter was looking forward to this and sad to say she wont be.

Joined the club for $19.99/mo, with the guarantee that I would receive at least $40 in merchandise. I got a "Butter" cap that is cheaply made and probably worth about $3 retail. It's crap. Wrote to customer service and never received a response. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. Merchandise is definitely not official. Save your money and spend it on something that is authentic! This company takes advantage of ARMY!

I ordered a BTS lightstick, tshirts and few other things from these guys and they're awesome. sometimes it takes a while for your orders to get to you but its well worth the wait. Highly reccommend

Haven't received my bracelet. Been over a month. I contacted customer service three times before someone got back to me and then they left it to me to try to trace what happened with the post office. Didn't offer to help or send a refund or to resend item. Not a great way to run a business.

I received the items in 2 separate couriers. I believe that one courier is enough since I still paid for extra tax separately when I received the two items.

Love this site. Everything comes pretty quickly and I'm always happy with my order.

This is a great website for BTS merch. Their costumer service was exceptional and super friendly.

The merch itself is also good quality.

I also really like the blog and news they share. I go there like at least once a day to see whats new.

I bought an iPod pro BT21 case and it’s awesome!! I love how the top is attached to the bottom. I also bought 2 earring sets! They are perfect, no complaints from me or my girls! 💜💜💜
