The booklet inside of the album arrived ripped which my daughter was really gutted about. I contacted the company and they couldn't be anymore helpful. Sent out a replacement, refunded my delivery and my daughter has money off a future purchase. Fabulous company they will 100% be my go to website for kpop albums going forward.

Only 4 stars because of use of Royal Mail standard service meaning no tracking available leaving you wondering if/when product arrives.
