The staff are friendly and leave you alone to view the tanks at your leisure, even offer you a brew, always there for good advice. The tanks are clean for all the fish, corals, invertebrates etc.

Worst company ever used! Had a good experience initially with Nyos salt and other products but my last 2 orders have been shocking, I ordered some Nyos bac which a week later was still saying processing with 48hr delivery and is actually still saying processing today! so got refund a month ago, so thought try again with 24hr delivery so ordered the 15/1/26 still saying processing and expected Monday 26th jan -Thursday 4th Feb! Not good enough so going elsewhere
