I had an excellent experience with Dr Deepika and nurse Nilu who were both lovely. They were so attentive and my treatment was pain free. After several years of a recurring issue, which had been somewhat dismissed by other dentists she straightaway x-rayed the area and got to the root cause (no pun intended). I am not anxious about the dentist but it makes for a great experience when you are listened to, explained things and treated with care. Thank you so much ☺️

This was a follow up appointment to have a crown fitted. The first appointment was a revelation with new technology used to assess the size and no need for the sticky gum that used to be used. Today Varsha and Ravinder were very friendly, as usual, and explained exactly what they were doing. My crown is an exact fit and colour and took less then 10 minutes to fit. I have been a patient for 25+ years and Kreate are bringing it into the 21st century whilst the receptionists are still very friendly and know you by name.

I was petrified before my first appointment as I’m a very nervous patient, but the empathy and care shown by both Roshni and Ravinder was out of this world. After an initial assessment, I had two further appointments to fit a crown which was made completely bearable because of the kindness shown to me. I would 100% recommend this surgery as everything about it is so organised and everyone is so friendly. Thank you so much! Carol

At the hygienist today, Monday 13th of April. I am usually quite nervous, however, Seema and Laura were so friendly and explained things to me which put me at ease.
I had some numbing cream on my teeth which really helped, and I didn’t feel a thing, I would recommend a visit if you need the hygienist.
Speak to Seema and Laura about your anxieties and they will help put you at ease.

I'm a very nervous patient because of bad experiences when younger.
But after seeing dentist Deepika and her dentist assistant Ravinder they gave me the courage to have some work done to my tooth something I had been putting off for many years. They explained procedure, put me at my ease ,gave me time if I changed mind. During procedure they took their time , reassuring me at each step .I can't tell you how happy I am to have found such a kind ,gentle professional Dentist.

I’m not good when it comes to going to the dentist. I’m very nervous. When I arrived at Kreate dental the staff greeted me with kindness. Varsh and Laura treated me with care and kindness while I received my treatment.I was very comfortable during my treatment I forgot about my nerves I recommend Kreate to everyone the service is excellent.

I had a really hard week and I was absolutely dreading taking my tooth out, and Helen, the receptionist, saw that I was a little weary and I told her that I was super nervous. I have essential tremors - meaning that I’m shaky regardless, let alone nervous and shaky. Maria, the dentist, and Leah the nurse, were super friendly and absolutely soothed me the entire time as I sobbed in the chair (first time for everything!). I felt so embarrassed but they made it so effortless and easy. Never thought I’d have favourite dentists but honestly the whole team is really lovely and kind.

I was seen by Roshni and her dental nurse Ravi at the Gravesend clinic.
I was initially very anxious, Roshni was so calm and reassuring. She put me at ease and made my dental experience very pleasant. Highly recommended

I have always been slightly nervous about going to the dentist which is possibly why I have not been for some time and needed a lot of work. I can honestly say Aron put me at ease on every visit and explained brilliantly what he was going to do. He created a plan and after 5 visits all the work was completed to a high standard. Yes it isn't the cheapest but using the finance option makes it achievable. Aron's assistants Ella-Mai and Anya also made me feel at ease and were very professional helping Aron deliver a great service. Thank you to a great team.

I have again been blown away with Kreate Dental. I was booked in to see the hygienist and was very nervous as previous visits to hygienists at different dentists have always been quite painful.
Asmeen was brilliant , she explained fully what she was going to do, was very kind and really put me at ease. The best thing was that it don’t hurt at all, and I am very happy with the result. My teeth look brand new.
Libby the nurse was also very nice and helped me feel at ease too by being so welcoming and friendly. I no longer will fear the hygienist!! Thank you

The dentist is always a hard visit, but the ladies, Deepika, Nilu and Ravinda have gone beyond making every visit as pain free as possible, provided clarity and clear instructions. Reception ladies have been helpful and very accommodating. Feeling like you in good hands is all you can ask for. Highly recommend. Thank you
