Only order from this store if you don't mind your items dent. The packaging is horrid, 5/6 of my packages weren't even sent in boxes but only in bubble wrap and a thin layer of cereal cardboard around the edges. They also do not do refunds because of bad packaging and they don't allow cancellations of preorders. Overall mid experience.

Tldr: received 5/6 packages in bad shape, no refunds at all.

They send me a damaged album!
BEWARE when buying from this store my album was damaged and it wasn't during the shipping because when i took off the bubble wrap it had a cut on the plastic and a pretty big scratch right under it and since it's just in the middle of the album it looks awful! Also the packaging was pretty questionable it was only a cardboard not even a box! And it also had a very little amount of bubble wrap

the seller is so nice! it was my birthday and she made a birthday card!! <3 when it was raining, she drove me to the nearest MRT!! so precious, can't find a better seller than krmerch in Singapore.

I usually do not post any reviews. However, the reviews below do not justify the level of services provided by the store.

I began purchasing products from krmerch in 2020, and I have spent a couple of thousands through krmerch. I will definitely recommend pre-orders from krmerch while there may be alternative options because of the quality of services that was provided by their staff.

Pre-orders are items that were yet to be released, hence it is only understandable that there is a lengthy wait time for the goods to be shipped from Korea to Singapore as the official goods were released in Korea and not Singapore.

Notwithstanding the wait time, the staff follows up my order almost instantaneously whenever I've a queries, and the level of packing is exceptionally well done.

Furthermore, moving forward to 2021, I have been to their shop, which's located within its residency, and honestly, I am very impress with the variant of items that they have as it surpasses almost all existing physical shops in Singapore.

Besides, they do offer meetup for smaller orders that I made so-as it helps me to save the shipping fee.

Overall, krmerch is an exceptional store, with exceptional services from its staffs.

they refuse to cancel preorders, every legal shop has to do so, until they ship out, but they do it against the law cause they think they are save in asia!!! just crying around its our tos, oh even your tos says u r scammers? funny!!!

WHEN I ORDERED WAS SUPPOSED TO COME IN OCTOBER NOW RANDOMLY END NOVEMBER TILL DECEMBER BUT STILL REFUSING TO PAY BACK EVEN THO NOTHING SHIPPED TO ME AND PROLLY NEVER WILL. GOOD LEGAL STORES CANCEL UNTIL THEY REALLY SHIPPED OUT. THEY REFUSE CUZ SCAMMERS. DONT BUY THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I was sceptical at first about ordering from a Singaporean website, but I was amazed at the great service and care that they took of my package. I bought a SKZ lightstick and they packaged it in so much bubble plastic and cardboard, so that it wouldn't be scratched or damaged while it got shipped to me. I also got the lightstick for way less money than I would've been able to buy it elsewhere and I didn't even have to pay for taxes when it arrived in my country! I can only state that it was a very positive experience for me to buy from Krmerch.com. The tracking device can be a bit difficult to work out, but it arrived safe and sound, so I'm happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend buying from their webstore!
