Paid extra for express delivery service. Package from ATH came to CY and its been 12 days and still hasnt been delivered. They dont reply my emails. They don't have a tel line so that we can call (automatic voice message to sent email). They dont even reply to emails sent twice. Terrible service. Worst courier service ever! Avoid at all cost.

I ordered from Shein nearly a month ago, and my parcel has yet to be delivered! According to the tracking, it keeps saying that a delivery was scheduled with the courier, but no one has called me, and the status hasn’t updated since April 14th. Today is April 28th, and I'm still waiting.

I’ve tried calling the customer support line multiple times, but no one picks up. I've also sent several emails, but I never get a response. To make matters worse, I called their Cyprus support line at 22711206, and the lady who answered was extremely rude. She told me she couldn't help and just advised me to send another email after I had already explained everything to her.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend Kronos Express to anyone. Terrible service, no accountability, and zero customer support. Stay away!

Worst courier i have had experience with. Never answer the emails and give useless information. They don't care. They do not provide services on phone or chat or anything just sending email and they will answer when they want and without proper information which is useless. The only time i had time to get on a proper human on the phone was useless and rude. If i could give - i would. Stay away from this company.

I shouldn't give 1 star should be zero. I wrote reviews to them but they don't posted it. Because they are bad bad bad company. I am 24/7 în the house but the delivery guy said nobody home. I called him back so he can come back to deliver my parcel. But he hangup the phone I was spoking to him. Very bad company. Shit company.

The delivery driver called me while I was on the phone at work. I called him back immediately to which he said it’s too late and he’s left my house.

2mins had past.

I asked him to go back because it’s my replacement bank card and it’s very important I get it before the weekend. He said no, maybe tomorrow. I said I need the card today because this was on a Friday. He said okay Monday!! I said I need my bank card today. He said no no, Monday.

I can see by the tracking history, this driver had possession of my card in Tuesday, basically drove past my place and took my card back to the depot on the other side of Limassol. I contacted customer service and 2 times they just replied, the driver has your card and will call you to deliver it. This never happened and now I don’t have a bank card.

Absolutely terrible courier and I’d highly recommend everyone stay away if you actually want your packages delivered!

Useless company. Rude people. If you are thinking of calling them you need to give yourself a week because this is how long they take to answer their phone.
This company should be closed down the sooner the better.

The courier guy told me that he would call me at a certain time and i waited while informing him that i would be at home during the day. Nobody called back, so i called their call center.The agent had no idea what to do,she told me that she could not help me because it was a different department for that kind of packages (right department would not pick up phone and autopilot hangs up, also in what company departments are completely isolated?) . I ask that maybe a manager could help and she replied that he is absent and the only reason i could talk with him is if i had a problem with her. Obviously no problem with her, i just wanted my package BUT she FAKED that could try to help, put me on hold, made me wait for approximately 8 minutes until she HANGED UP the line at 17:00 - that's when the call center ends for the day. Bottom line, no package delivered and rudeness served.

Poor service. Five days delay on the delivery while our package was at their warehouse. Not recommended.
