Ordered buy 5 get 5 free. Wh8the arrived no name on waist band, and no size label on the shorts. Sent an email saying 4 pairs was too tight. They said they are measured manually so they are OK.They didn't say that maybe some smaller pairs could have got mixed up with the size I ordered. They didn't want to be bothered trying to sort it out. Putting it down to been had. Would not recommend this company for anyone you use. Save your money and go to a reliable company

Cheap chinese boxers not made from bamboo no name on the waist a con dont buy

absolutely a con ordered 5 pair banboo with 5 free pair paid £40 took ages to deliver and when checked they had no name on waist band and the packs said cotton. when i asked for replacement or refund the offered 50% of or I would have to pay to return them. I got in touch with my credit card company and after a investigation my full payment was returned. I belive the con is send shit underpants then try and get half the money. Make sure you pay by credit card or paypal or your not getting your money back or best advice dont buy from them.

Paid for product. Received email confirmation and tracking details that never update, no contact, no reply after email chasing product. 4 weeks and waiting for silk boxer short! A few on here seem to still be waiting. I concluded fake site, fake shop and lesson learned here. Read reviews before engaging in online retail.

i put an order in for silk boxers waited 5 days
and nothing
it says you can call them on there site but there is no number provided

just a message thing so i message and nothing

some days later i message again with all details
still nothing

i found an email address and again send detail saying there is nothing sent
now 3 weeks later still nothing no coms
nothing sent
even on tracking it shows
no progress on order
