Nikdy nekupujte víza z tejto stránky. Sú to obyčajní klamári. Zoberú peniaze za víza a nepríde Vám nič. Nepošlú ani doklad o zaplatení ani víza. Najhoršie na tom je, že na túto stránku ma presmerovalo MOFA.
Nič viac len obyčajní klamári. Nikdy viac.

I submitted my visa application 20 days ago and, despite calling every day, I have received no updates on my application. My travel date is just a few days away, and I cannot even request a refund.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend using a travel agency to obtain your visa instead of relying on the ksavisa.sa website.

J’ai soumis ma demande de visa il y a 20 jours et, malgré mes appels quotidiens, je n’ai reçu aucune mise à jour sur ma demande. Ma date de voyage approche à grands pas et je ne peux même pas demander de remboursement.

C’est une expérience très frustrante et décevante. Je recommande vivement de passer par une agence de voyage pour obtenir votre visa plutôt que d’utiliser le site ksavisa.sa.

Extremely poorly designed website, is this the best the Kingdom can offer? Won't go far if you can't even get basics right.

Lets just come straight to the point! This is a scam weirdo people website with illiterate staff.
They call it support honestly they're pain in the hole! Under the UK regulations they can not operate a financial business with zero athics and are purposely scamming users in the UK.
Well I've reported them to FCDO and hopefully, they will be taken off from doing further scams.

I think the site is legit albeit very buggy. I used the old version of the website a colleague gave me and it seems to work fine (visa dot mofa dot gov dot sa).

So Rude, unbelievably rude people, visa delays, lack knowledge and proper guidance. Hopeless attitude.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Please be warned. These absolute thieves will tell you that they can get a visa but it’s a farce. I waited for over 4 weeks for a umrah visa before I realised this website was a scam. Constant phone calls with the same response every single time “it’s been sent to the embassy for review”. Absolute bull.

I gave up reached out to another agent and he got my umrah visa IN LESS THAN 12 HOURS.

I cannot believe the lengths people go to to scam others. Absolute disgrace. Shame on all of you.

I want to warn others about a growing number of unofficial websites including ksavisa.sa that appear to offer Saudi Arabia visa services but are not connected to the Saudi government, embassies, or any official foreign service i applied multiple visas three months now and there is no response. Several of these sites charge high fees, collect personal information, or take payments without providing a visa or any real assistance. This leaves many people confused, out of pocket, and unsure of what to do next.

One of the most shitiest experience i had. Holy my shit. These people are scammers and will give you the number of a consultant outside of embassy who will charge you much more than what actually cost.

The most useless webiste i've come across and so so slow.

Crashes every time and how in this day in age does someone own a website that just falls apart so easily.

Scam website. Just collecting money the website crash

They know that your nationality does not entitle you to an e-visa, yet they claim that it does, charge you, drag the process for months, and keep replying with excuses like “some nationalities take longer than others.” I don’t even see the option to cancel. They asked me to write to the embassy to cancel it and then request a refund.

update 21.Oct.2025: Total scam; 40 EURs
- I was partially refunded & the customer care informed me that there are 40 EURs non-refundable as it's "service fees"

Not Reliable | Poor Experience | Always Crashing

- didn't open in Chorme, only worked on Safari.
- the requests kept crashing, i had to try 8 times till one application passed through.

- during filling the application, several ERRORs without messages or hits how to help it.

- During payment, the website crashed after a successful payment.

the Customer Care is a JOKE & complete waste of time. regardless the problem you would always received the same auto-reply. no one cares.

i payed 121 USD, the application got rejected. was only refunded 79 USD. reached out to understand why, zero response (the lovely auto reply).

Die derzeitige Visa-Regelung für Kreuzfahrtgäste sind nicht für zweitägige Aufenthalte geeignet.

Meine gebuchte Aroya-Route: Safaga (Ägypten)-Jeddah- Port Ghalib (Ägypten)- Jeddah- Safaga (Ägypten).
Für die Aufenthalte in Jeddah hatte ich zweimal das Single-Entry-Visum Ende August beantragt und mit der jeweiligen Krankenversicherung (2*26,30$) bezahlt.

Bis kurz vor der Kreuzfahrt stand im Webportal von KSAvisa.sal für beide Anträge "Send to Embassy". Ich hatte zweimal der Botschaft in Berlin/ Deutschland um Bearbeitung gebeten, jedoch keine Antwort erhalten.

Bei meiner ersten Ankunft am 02.10. konnten die Grenzbeamten mir helfen und einen Aufenthalt verwirklichen. Ein Volunteer sagte, dass das erteilte Visum für vier Tage gültig sei und ich am 05.10. keine Probleme haben sollte.
Dem war leider nicht so. Am 05.10. wurde mir das Verlassen das Hafens verwehrt. Auch konnte kein weiteres Visum vermittelt werden.

Ich denke, man hätte mich früher mit einer Lösung kontaktieren können.

Die Visum-Alternativen kamen nicht in Betracht:

- Touristenvisum für 90 Tage ist für Kreuzfahrtgäste nicht ideal und von den Kosten (110$)zu hoch, was deutschsprachige für einen Kreuzfahrtaufenthalt selten akzeptieren würden. Zum Vergleich bietet Ägypten ein Touristenvisum für 30 Tage und 25$ an. Für Transitgäste sogar kostenlos für eine Dauer von bis zu 24 Stunden.
- Umrah-Visum scheidet für Nicht-Muslime aus.

Insgesamt hatte ich einen positiven Eindruck von der Kreuzfahrt und Ihrem Land. Insbesondere die freundlichen Beamten waren sehr geduldig und hatten für mich alles versucht. Es wäre schön gewesen, mehr Eindrücke von der Stadt Jeddah zu bekommen. Ein halber Tag war zu kurz.

Vielen Dank für das einmalige Visum.

This website is a scam, i applied for a visa and they never dive any response and always the status of the visa is send it to the embassy, i call my embasies and never know informarltion, please no body do the same mistake to use this website ir you loose your money
