Una suscripcion premium de YouTube de 12 meses en G2A adquirida, ofrecen una suscripción de prueba de un mes que finaliza sin más, la solución que ofrecen es otra cuenta con suscripción de prueba de otro mes que finaliza. Unos estafadores.
I’ve generally had great experiences purchasing through G2A, but my interaction with ksd_games has been by far the worst I’ve encountered.
I originally bought a 12‑month YouTube Premium access from this seller. The account worked for only a few days before access suddenly stopped. After contacting the seller, I was given a new key, but it required logging into another account—meaning I lost all my search history and personalized data. Although this temporarily resolved the issue, the same problem soon reappeared.
Over the following four weeks, the same cycle repeated: each replacement account functioned for shorter and shorter periods, until the last one stopped working after just one day. It became extremely frustrating to continually lose my settings and history.
Later, I purchased a 24‑month YouTube Premium access, not realizing it was from the same seller. Remembering my earlier experience, I immediately asked for a refund and did not activate the key. However, the seller insisted I had already activated it, despite the fact that it clearly showed as not activated online. This dispute went nowhere, and I ultimately had to open cases through the PayPal Resolution Center for both purchases.
In my experience, this seller was dishonest, unhelpful, and unreliable. I strongly recommend avoiding ksd_games to prevent similar issues.
Scam! Youtube Premiun Account.
I suscribed for a 6 month Youtube Premium account and it was canceled after 1 month. Nobody answer to my message now and no refund was made. Go away from this seller. They are Scammers!
Ok, so I got burned as well by this scammer. Even though the Adobe subscription for 12 months I purchased stopped working after 1 month I still left them a positive review on G2A. How come? The idea is simple:
They give you an account that is added to a team. Works well for the first month, they request you give them a positive review and then after one month or so they cut your access as the account is just a seat in a business team. When this happens you change your review and open a conversation, they fix it temporarily just so you close your conversation and change the review to positive. Once conversation is closed you're done. G2A never answers to support tickets anymore so you are left out with 1 month of access paid in 12 months.
Very good seller and support. Bought multiple products from them but never faced any issue.
Scam. Youtube premium for 12 month: I got an indonesian account and premium ended after 30 days.
AFTER I contacted the seller, the gave me a new premium account but only worth 30 days. Thats a scam. They want to give you (after you ask) a new account everytime. They refuse to refund the money.
Ho acquistato la licenza YouTube Premium 12 Months e dopo un mese a smesso di funzionare. Non risponde ai messaggi quando provo dí contattarlo.
Ho acquistato un account per una suite adobe tramite G2A.com, abbonamento di 1 anno.
L'account è durato ben 4 giorni. In una pagina fornita dal venditore, dove erano specificati email e password per accedere all'account vi era scritto "L'accesso potrebbe chiedere il codice mandato via email per autenticazione, qua è fornito anche il sito per accedere alla email con le stesse credenziali."
Non era fornito nessun sito per accedere alla mail e confermare l'autenticazione a due fattori, in più il dominio della email era un dominio nascosto, quindi non era possibile capire in quale provider accedere.
Ho scritto al venditore direttamente da G2A, come era specificato nelle istruzioni, non ho mai ricevuto risposta, ne dal venditore e ne dal supporto di G2A.
La risposta è arrivata solo giorni dopo quando ho aperto una contestazione con PayPal, dicendomi che "non possono aiutarmi perchè c'è una contestazione aperta", e giusto per specificare, la contestazione era già chiusa con PayPal che ha NEGATO il rimborso perchè "non ci sono le prove che il servizio non sia stato fornito", dopo che PayPal stessa si è messa in contatto con il sito di G2A.
Non comprate nulla di KSD Games, diffidate da comprare da G2A perchè anche se comprate con PayPal, non avrete mai nessuna garanzia che il rimborso vada a buon fine, e tutto avrete tranne il servizio acquistato.
