Kush Cargo will gladly take your money without actually having stock of the product(s) you purchased. Furthermore, their customer service is slow at best and that’s if they even decide to respond to your inquiries. Avoid this place!

I ordered an item Aug 1, I'm still waiting on that item and even though they respond in the email, nothing has been done. They stated the item I bought was on back order and they tried to offer me something totally different. I'm still waiting.
EDIT 8/29/23:I got info about tracking a few days ago and thought it would be here soon, but tracking from USPS shows that the label is created but they still dont have the item to even ship! I'm still waiting.
EDIT 9/2/23: I got the item today. Its not what I ordered, but it is what they said they exchanged that one for. I dont hate it, but I do got a weird taste in my mouth from this. I switched it to 2 stars, not horrible but not that good either.
Edit 9/16/23: I thought about it and I change my mind. I switched it back to 1 star because I shouldn't have had to wait that long for an item I didn't even originally order.

Like others have pointed out, not so great customer service and delayed shipping. Ordered a vaporizer with expedited shipping. 4 Days later they contacted me saying my card wasn't processing so I quickly resolved it with my bank. Then they contacted me after my payment was successful and informed me that the item I ordered was not in stock.

Update: The “fraud” they are referring to in their reply was an error by my bank that changed the address associated with my card to an address I had my new checks sent to. The issue was resolved immediately when I was made aware of it (again, days after I placed my order with fast shipping). My card was charged despite not having the item. 2 days later I was issued a refund.

I was looking to purchase the Ispire Daab Honey Bee Edition. Kush Cargo was #2 on Google. So took a chance and I have no idea why these reviews are so low. 1st. their price was on average 30 bucks less then everywhere else I checked combine that with a discount code and it's closer to 50. Austin from Kush Cargo responded to all emails promptly no games and answered all questions. Took 7 days from day of order to my doorstep. Packing was plain box fully taped with fragile and filled with foam to protect. This IS a top notch Company and if you're undecided take the chance and you can thank me later! Now as a medical patient I have no need to shop anywhere else! Oh and the Ispire Daab is an unbelievable E-rig! Big thanks to Austin and Kush Cargo for having integrity and making my purchase easy with some extra cash in my pocket!

After receiving defective pens, I spoke to Austin in the customer service dept and he was very helpful in getting replacements shipped out to me in a timely manner. They were out of stock of the Backwoods pens because they're so popular and in demand, so he is shipping me some Cookies pens! Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommend for your vaping needs!!

Ordered APX Pro vape, came in 5 days, happy camper, will buy again.

Like the rig, just wish it came with a carb cap. Did come with 2 nails and a regular bowl tho which surprised me cuz I don't think it mentioned that before.

Glass came in one piece and decent packing. Fast shipping!

Scam! Scam! Scam! Horrible. All kinds of lies and terrible customer service. They say they are going to refund your money then forget. Then they will say there refunding it again and it'll be an error. Then they will try to give you credit to their terrible site that don't actually stock anything and after that they'll ignore further communications. I will update this if I ever receive my refund for my cancelled order. Stay away. Scam!
Update: I did finally receive a refund. But! I had to email them at least 6+ times and they LIED EVERYTIME and it took about month to get my money back. The only reason they did is I contacted my bank about a charge-back. If they get too many charge backs the processor will drop them. Avoid these losers at all costs! They Are Very Deceptive!

Shipping took a pretty long time, but customer service was really helpful and I did eventually receive my package which was everything i hoped it to be!

Kush Cargo had Amber Pax 3's which I'd been having trouble finding in stock anywhere. (Pax does limited runs of colors as an annoying marketing tactic). I ordered without doing any research on Kush Cargo beforehand.

After a few days of no activity, I was nervous that the product page was simply incorrect, and sent them an email.

Quality of the support was inconsistent at best, but I'm confident they are not bots, as another a review claimed.

They assured me the product would be sent, and after further pressing produced a label and tracking number. However, many more days went by without the package being scanned by USPS. Given all the bad reviews (and rarity of the product), this was alarming. It just seemed like they were stalling.

"Austin" claimed that USPS often doesn't scan packages on arrival, and the tracking will get updated once it gets to my city. Which sounded like more stalling. I've never experienced this as a sender or receiver of packages before.

Shockingly, it was true, and tracking updated once it was closer. I guess their local USPS facility is poorly run...?
Even better, the package actually contained what I ordered. (I was still so suspicious at this point that I video taped myself removing it from the mailbox and opening the package in case they sent the wrong thing, lol)

My take is that this is probably a small operation, and they don't have the resources to keep things running smoothly. This is what it felt like, and if the Better Business Bureau has correct data, Kush Cargo is a
Sole Proprietorship.

Tbh, it would be 3 stars if I thought it was a larger business.
If my size assumption is correct, and Kush Cargo / Austin sees this, my advice is to be up front about it and let people know that you are a small business.

An "About" page with a blurb about the history and maybe a photo of the owner would go a long way for potential new customers. This would work best if Austin is real, and the owner, and started this business because of how much he loves weed.

The other potential I see is that Kush Cargo is owned by some absentee investor who's never even smelled weed, is in it for the money, and is running an understaffed business to cut costs. In which case, yeah don't mention that...

tl;dr - Sus, but I got my order. Be patient if you try them.

I order a grinder back in January and never received it. I wanted a refund but never got a reply back from them. So I lost out on 30 dollars. So disappointed 😞 I really want the grinder
