Kustom Neons Falkirk Reviews

I had a great experience with Conroy from my initial enquiry until the end product. He helped me with the size of my design and the mock up helped me to visualise it. Delivery was quick too and I’m very happy with my neon sign!

Customer service was brilliant, the product is just as we imagined and amazing quality.

Delivery was very quick and the sign was packaged really well.

Bought our light for our wedding and to then hang up in our party room. Quick delivery. Excellent quality and functionality controlled by the remote. Their price beat all the competitors too offering LED lights.

Once again another fantastic custom made light from kustom neons. Designed online, submitted and delivered in just over a week. Excellent service and delivery, thank you

Contacted kustom neons Falkirk neons very last minute, totally stressed needing an order within the week, they went out of there way to communicate with me to get everything correct and organised and executed on time for my up coming event. The product was perfect and I will use again in the future :)

Great service from start to finish! Designs were altered quickly and without hassle and prices were very cheap for the quality of the product. Delivery was very fast and as we are local they were delivered by hand at no cost. Bought 2 signs last year and had 1 technical question recently that was answered and fixed within minutes!

Highly recommend these guys and will definitely be ordering again!

Over the moon with my purchase from Kustom neons, My little boy loves his light in his room and it gives his room that extra touch, No problems are to much for them I got back in touch after 2 years as a bit of the light had came slightly lose, Within the week a new light had been made at no extra cost, I will 100% use this company again for my other boys room, Quality customer service, Thanks again.

Top quality product, great customer service and fast delivery. Very affordable price. Highly recommended

Amazing communication from point of me just asking questions, to placing order, to receiving a photo before despatch to delivery. They're not cheap but you also get what you pay for. I've got a cheap USB Chinese brand neon too and the difference between that and my Kustom neon is night and day.

Thanks guys! Would 100% buy again
