Quick customer service, when I had questions about my order I got a very quick reply.

High Quality shirt and get lots of compliments on the drip

The overall delivery process was very smooth and the items delivered were in the best condition. Just a note that the oversize fit would mean that I would maybe have to take 1 size smaller in the future.

Delivery was fast and without customs tax on it quality is good as well just had to wash the shirts first because the chemical smell but thats okay

I had a very good experience with this company. I want to give a big shout out to Lynn for being so friendly and helpful when I accidentally got the wrong shirt. Her and her team worked very hard to make things right and I got the right one. The shipping was a pain in the butt, but I finally got it. Thank you so much to Lynn and her team for all their help! The shirts are awesome and worth the price!

Love the shirt, quality was great. The shirt looks great. I wish it was cheaper but even still I will purchase from you again. Overall experience was 9.8/10, if shirts were cheaper my experience would be 1000/10.

Kvintage fell off real bad. The shirt quality is not like their first drop. Comparing the first Karin shirt drop they had to their latest Winter shirt drop is like night and day. The Karina shirt was more like Uniqlo quality and I didn’t the price or waiting. But this time the quality is really low on their latest drop. For the price it’s not worth it and shipping took two extra months than promised. I haven’t even received the sweater I ordered. Would not recommend this buyer.
TLDR: Drop in quality, overpriced, and lack of communication. Only good thing they do right is the design and marketing.
Edit: Raising to three stars since my zip up hoodie finally arrived and the quality of the sweater is 100x better than the shirts. I would recommend getting the sweaters if they keep making them with the quality they made these. Only complaint from the sweater is that the zipper seems very cheap and flimsy, resembles the cheap bright silver zippers from H&M sweaters.

Great shirts! Fits nice and has great quality. Has a slight smell to it though which has decreased when washed.

first off great k pop shirt designs. more XG please and maybe an option for ALL BLACK not just vintage look. also just wish shipping was a bit faster. but currently I know big storms on the east coast have been delaying packages. but still wish there was an option for even faster shipping cost. which I would be happy to pay. hopefully in the future it'll be an option for 2 day shipping. hopefully when there is a new XG shirt design there will be 2 day shipping. I just like having my things in my possess faster. but over all a great company and happy to buy from them in the future.

delivered instantly! saves me the time of grinding an account up to level 20 for a measly $4. will be using again if i need more.

Still just haven't received status for both of my orders. THE Le SSERAFIM shirt and Karina shirt. Would rate higher I fi got an answer back.
