I set it up right away and noticed the band’s surface is softer than expected. Sat with it on for about 40 minutes yesterday and the warmth stayed consistent the whole time. My old massage belt felt stiff after a few uses but this one keeps shape better. So far, haven't needed extra pads, just wiped it off after use.

Done putting these up last night—fit was so much better compared to the ones that shifted around and left gaps on the beam. Threads bite right in, not much resistance, so didn’t need to go back and retighten. Didn’t expect the actual weight to feel this solid; not hollow at all.

Review Keovy. - How does one begin?

First Keovy use a non existent “independent” reviewer (“David Johnson”) to recommend Keovy Smart Glasses. (Simply Google “David’s” image and you realise “David” does a myriad of things “Expertly” reviewing various products. The irony of it is that “David” when recommending Keovy’s glasses is actually wearing a pair of RayBans! How is that for deliberate deceit?

Now to the product - the so-called “smart glasses”.

Well, these are the dumbest, most stupid “smart glasses” out there. They buffer, the connection constantly fails, the software is a joke, the app is laughably bad.

Now to post sales “customer service”

First I had ”Linda” who was so sorry that she said I could keep the glasses and she would give me a refund of first 5%, then 10%, then 15% and finally 20%. I declined. I insisted on a refund in full and that if they wanted their useless pieces of plastic back they would have to send me the cost of shipping back to China (needless to say they didn’t want their trash back - and I can’t blame them).

After the 20% refund offer I was then transferred to “Lumi”. Lumi then said that her company was (“kvvoi.com”). So, Keovy’s complaints service will ultimately direct you to Kvvoi who will then say “this isn’t our product” and we have “no record of sale”. How odd that the email trail leads seamlessly back to keovy.com. These incompetents don’t even have the skills to cover their metadata tracks - so what does that tell you about their useless ‘smart’ products’? My five year old can code better than this gang.

How strange that when faced with a full refund for their utterly useless piece of garbage the Keovy “customer sevice” team suddenly change themselves into a different company - “kvvoi.com” - and then deny all knowledge of the company and the product. Yet again however, the email trail demonstrably leads from keovy to kovvoi without any new email thread.

A classic scam product, employing an evasive customer service “team” that use deliberately deceitful “independent review” scams to sell their utterly abysmal product.

Pleaase, please, avoid them like the plague. You will be better served if you sent your £129 to a charity; - at least something positive may come out of it rather than directing it to a gang of shysters that uses deception and misrepresentation to sell it rubbish to gullible purchasers.

Please pass on my experience to one and all.

It did not work no matter how many different ways I tried. Very disappointed. I will have to keeping looking for casting option

I contacted them when my order didn't arrive. Only to hear that the order number was wrong. This went on for awhile. Then I found the message saying you for my order and the money I had paid. So then they it had been returned because the address was wrong. Would I like us to send it again or do you want us to return my money. I said return my money. So they blocked me. I wouldn't give them any stars because they should not be able to do this to anyone else

Unfortunately screwdrivers didn’t work properly.. After alot of discussion I was offered a refund. Which I have now received.
Communication was very good. and very polite.
Knowing this I would still buy from them.

No instructions received. Cannot recall exact date goods received but in znovember/December sometime

I cannot report any result, not even sure what I was expecting! But throughly disappointed!

The item arrived on time packaged well great bit of kit defrosts the window quickly well pleased with it and the service

Only giving one star as can’t give zero.
Cheap junk. Didn’t work and doesn’t charge. Cheap tacky plastic with no substance. Looks and feels like a kid’s toy.

I ordered two leisure suits, the material was cheap & the legs too short (I’m only 5ft 3in). Asked for refund details but kept getting a response of ‘we have already replied to this, check previous email’
I had definitely NOT received a reply & am now stuck with two useless items and no refund.

I am very happy with my purchase ( Key ring torch) it’s light weight switch on that is your surprise how bright it is. Very clever design.

This a marvel small enough to fit anywhere and powerful enough for several walks at a charge.i used it to walk to work a whole week without a charge=10 miles!!!
