As son as we completed the order, we received an e-mail saying that our home adress was wrong with à internet site to correct it. This site was not found. Therefore, we cancelled the purchase on PayPal. We received a message from you saying that the package was already sent. Then, I was surprised to get the package.

***AVOID*** I agree with all of the reviews and have had the same experience with the horrible customer service and terrible return policy. They are 100% not a US-based company as their website claims. After refusing multiple discounted offers from them and demanding a return address, I was given the address to a warehouse in Dubai! They basically stole $150 if I don’t accept their crappy offer of $47. After many threats and back & forth, I decided to see if other people had the same experience and low and behold, there are many folks in the same boat. This place should get shut down because it is clearly fraud and theft.

It is too bad. Their cloths do not always reach the quality that the model lets suppose. I bough 3 dresses and one of them was nice and exactly like the model and good quality for the price. But the two other one where cheaply made and not reaching the expectation at all. So I asked for a return or an exchange for two different colors of the first style that I liked and their answer was « just exchange sizes not style » and everytime I wrote back to negociate, they send me the same answer (automatic answer for sure!).
Awfull customer service!

Not only are my clothes not as pictured, one is not lined (it’s white!!) and the other is made out of fabric that irritates my skin. I tried to return them and the company refused. Absolutely terrible return policy (can only return if there is a manufacturer defect). Will NEVER purchase from this company (or any of its many affiliates) again.

The clothing is very cute and well-made. I didn't realize when I ordered that it was out of the country and going to take so long to receive, so I didn't have the items in time for my trip, but they are cute nonetheless. The cost is very inexpensive, as well, for the quality of the clothing.

Horrible customer service! First time purchasing from them, ordered 3 items and none of them fit plus the quality of the fabric was so cheap and low grade. They state that their manager can provide authorization for returns. When emailed about returning items, they kept asking me to keep the items for a compensations of $45 (then $65 and then $85). I repeatedly told them that it’s not a negotiation and I just want a full refund of $110. The most frustrating customer service and questionable business practices. It wasn’t until I started a dispute with PayPal that they emailed me with an address to return the items. At this point, I don’t trust them to actually provide a refund so I will let PayPal handle this dispute.

Wow, I am so happy with my dresses, the fit is true to size. My co-workers are amazed of the quality and price.

Loved the style and the information on sizing when I ordered

Warning, don't buy!! This place is scam. There's no phone number listed on their website. When I try to return my purchase, they tried to offer me partial, limited refund of $15. Then they stopped responding via email when I declined and asked for a full refund.

I ordered two dresses and having had a bad experience in the past from a company whose name I did not recognize, I was anticipating problems. But I was wrong. The dresses were both beautiful and they arrived at the same time, delivered promptly.

I ordered 2 dresses, loved both but 1 was too big, needed to exchange but there seems to be no way to contact anyone. I emailed 3 times and nothing in return! Very frustrating

The most beautiful cover up. I’ve now ordered three of them. The colours, the material, the quality. Gorgeous. And I get all kinds of compliments when wearing them!
