I placed a order over a month ago and they still haven't sent it

Literally stole my money

!!!!!!!!!SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!! Dont waste your money the dude is a total scammer ordered October 11th it is now November 3rd nothing won't answer emails its crazy taken peoples money. SCAMMER

3 weeks later and I haven’t received eithrr of my orders that I paid for. Haven’t had any correspondence regarding the matter at all. I have reached out via email and discord with nothing…. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed. I was stoaked for the Halloween special and wanted to try the sub droppers if I had received what I paid for.

I wrote an honest review about the second order I received from them, which was the 80% BA 3.5 grams of pure mgm15 in liquid form I guess is what it was suppose to be... well. I was stupid and place another order last week for their 240 mg mgm15 cotton candy syrup bottle. This was last week and there hasn't been a shipping confirmation yet. Also, he won't answer my emails anymore. I just wanted to have their cotton candy flavored syrup one more time. I like it a lot. The weird big jar or "mgm"that I got not so much.

I never received my order and when I reached out to them they never replied.

This order shipped while waiting for 2 others but they take care of everyone. Owner has been dealing with a small team and recently going thru problems. I’m waiting for the next orders patiently, they’ve always done right by me

I had reached out about missing orders and the owner was incredibly helpful and said he’d ship everything asap and with extras.
Edit: from what I understand the owner is badly hurt so we just have to thug it out

Still waiting on 2 orders, got one today but no syrup only droppers

I can’t stress the quality of this syrup. It is an insanely good product. I got the MGM-15 6oz in grape and cotton candy. Both tasted great and worked phenomenally. Highly recommend. They were dealing with some internal issues and my package took a bit to get to me but they hooked me up with a sample of some other stuff to try, which was very kind and thoughtful. This team works hard to make sure their customers are happy. I have nothing but positive things to say. I wish I had bought more before the temporary distribution pause.

Anybody leaving poor review is mistaken. I was concerned at first because my package took about 10 days to arrive and I had selected priority shipping but the team contacted me after I emailed them and explained the situation. Totally understandable. Truth be told, I would’ve been happy even if they hadn’t given me a bonus gift. The MGM15 syrup is one of the best products I have ever tried. Not only does it taste great but it works way better than 7OH, lasts way longer, feels better (not a dirty, jittery buzz), it feels clean and warm - similar to traditional compounds.

Enough ranting tho - when they restock, go buy some.

It tastes great works nice the only thing I’d say that would make it even better is if it had 30ml Plastic Liquid Measuring Cups it’s on the bottle but hard to see with the liquid otherwise great.

Killing it as always.

Love these guys, awesome people, and awesome product. I was kinda unhappy that there was a delay, but I reached out to Andy, and to support, and they gave me triple the amount I ordered, and got it to me.

Believe these reviews. Take it from somebody who was very set skeptical and cynical and absolutely rude to these folks who did nothing but provide an excellent product and excellent customer service. This is a public apology but also a huge promotional review for Kyrup in the product that they so kindly produce in order to help those in addiction. This is by far they stand out product with a reliable team behind them. Please take this review as honest coming from a typical man who is expecting to be duped but instead extremely content and satisfied with the product. Not only do they provide the product that I ordered but they also threw an extra and we're so committed and following up. I cannot go on anymore there's not enough room for how much I truly appreciate these folks putting up with my block-headedness and being able to allow me to connect with them for my benefit. In the end it's for my benefit and they look to fulfill that. It's really authentic and genuine and honestly hard to believe. LOL. I'd be more than happy to write another review for these folks please do not hesitate and going forward with your order thank you guys

Awesome product and even awesomer customer service and communication.
I had placed three orders within the same week, on separate days. There was a little bit of confusion with my orders being placed separately across multiple days, so I reached out to the owner, and he was very receptive and apologized more than he should have for the mishap. He even threw in some freebies to make up for the wait! Product is amazing as well. Please keep in mind that this company has grown exponentially within the past few months. These people are extremely busy and doing everything they can to keep their customers happy.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced. Every company has bumps in the road. It’s how you navigate the bumps that set you apart. They do some serious r&d on their variety of products that go beyond syrups.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I would! The product and service are absolutely outstanding. Don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else.

Still haven't received my order or a refund. Every time I reach out they promise to ship overnight, but of course don't. Don't waste your time with these people. There are plenty of other good companies that stand by their products and word.

Best stuff I've had in a while i have severe physical pain and this took it away like nothing else could. It also gave me some of the best sleep I've had in years on top of helping me with some mental struggles, I would easily recommend this to anyone I just ordered some of the 80% as well I'm looking forward to it.
