We was gifted the E20 so I have no proof of purchase. Opened brand new box and removed items to set up. I downloaded the app and installed the batteries in the remote and connected to my WiFi. After leaving it on the charger for a whole day I tried turning it on to operate and nothing happened. I can’t reach customer service, emails are returned and phone number is disconnected. Now we are stuck with a faulty device that doesn’t work and no way to troubleshoot with anyone.

Good at first. It then began not to sync with wifi. At all. Called the company. They suggested things I did them. Then still doesn’t sync. Sent me a new one. Same thing at about th same time as the first one did. But now we’re past the warranty. So they won’t do anything. I don’t have kids or even pets. It looks like new. But just wont use wifi. Which is kinda why you buy them. It will clean, sort of. It never keeps a map so I just start it. Hoping it will clean some of the main floor before it returns to the base. With virtually no computer in it, it can’t memorize any rooms so it doesn’t know how much or how little it’s done. So I just hope for the best. A year and a half is not what I think a cybovac should last. I also only use it about once every two weeks. Maybe that’s the problem. Lol. DONT BUY IT

Köpte Kyvol airfryer i december 2024. Kontaktade support innan jag betalt produkten och fick svar direkt. Har nu kontaktat Kyvol support 3 gånger utan svar.
Dålig i formation om produkten/bruksanvisning, dålig recept- app bara på Engelska.
Borde uppdatera appen för nöjdare

I have bought 2 products from Kyvol, a handheld vaccum and a robot vaccum. Worst purchase ever. This company is a scam, litteraly selling product that will die within 1 year, and batteries are unavailable anywhere. These products are design to fail extremely quick, it's planned obsolescence on steroids. You are stupid if you buy anything from them further on.

dico solo che lo chiamo "il cretino. Vaga per la stanza senza un criterio, passa e ripassa nello stesso punto mentre tralascia ampie zone... Parliamo di un ambiente di 40 mq. Dopo un anno circa ha cominciato a fare un rumore infernale, ho pulito più volte le ruote (che si riempiono di peli e polvere) ma senza successo. Ora infine ora giro solo su se stesso. Poco pagare (???), poco avere.

After less than 2 1/2 years of using the Kyvol E31 robovac twice weekly on about 1200 sq. ft. of wood floors, the battery died. I called customer service and not only do they not sell replacements, but they state that replacing it may damage the unit. I checked several websites and not one had a listing with the same specs. Now, after slightly more than 2 years, my robovac is dead and heading for the trash. I purchased another brand as a replacement and verified that the manufacturer sold replacement batteries for their units. Once burned, twice cautious!

I purchased one of their cordless vacuum cleaners just over 18 months ago, and the battery started going pretty quickly, until it would only let me use it for under 5 minutes after a full charge.
I contacted the company hoping to get a replacement battery, but they discontinued the product, and because I contacted literally a few days over their 18 months warranty period, there was nothing they could do, so I've had to throw away the whole thing. Waste of money!!

Sono 2 anni che mi delizio del servizio di kyvol!!! LO AMOOOO è stato l'acquisto più sensato degli ultimi 10 anni della mia vita. Ma non solo se tieni la giusta manutenzione il robot non si guasterà mai. Si si si lo sto raccomando a tutti perché è veramente eccezionale

Friggitrice ad aria Kyvol Epichef AF60. Acquistata presso la catena MD ad un prezzo super-conveniente. La friggitrice è molto capiente ed è intuitiva nell'utilizzo: pulsanti touch ed una manopola che consentono di scegliere tra i programmi di cottura predefiniti oppure di impostare tempo e temperatura preferiti. L'aspetto più interessante è la possibilità di seguire la cottura del cibo attraverso la finestrella presente nel cestello, con doppio vetro (tipo forno); piccolo neo è che lavando il cestello capita che entri dell'acqua nelle feritoie poste nella parte superiore ed inferiore della finestrella stessa. Tutto sommato un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Machine worked ok for 6 months then went dead I believe it to be software corruption after changing battery thinking that was the problem but it did not work.i then contacted customer service who said send video of Kyvol e20 what it’s doing.sent one video they said send video of power button on.still waiting for reply.
As I thought they asked for order number then told me because there product( Kyvol E20 )wasn’t bought in the reputable dealer that it wasn’t their responsibility.
