I bought these extensions for my daughter after she’d been wanting a little change for a while. I wasn’t too sure at first, but the whole process was really smooth and the customer service was genuinely helpful and patient with my questions. The hair arrived nicely packaged and the quality was better than I expected soft, natural, and easy to work with. My daughter was so happy when she tried them on and it really boosted her confidence. Overall, I’m really pleased with both the product and the service.

This company are scammers. I ordered hair extensions worth £200 and selected express delivery however they turned up over a week late and 1 packet was missing. I cancelled payment and asked them how to return the goods which they ignored all my emails. Weeks later they sent me an email saying they will be taking legal action against me if I didnt pay. They are a disgusting company with poor customer service! Please do NOT waste your time or money buying their products. SCAMMERS!!!

Tried them after seeing them online and didn’t expect much, but they really surprised me. They look simple but make a big difference.

I ordered some hair extensions last week with next day delivery and have still not received my order. I have tried to make contact which seems to be impossible via online form, contact telephone numbers, email & WhatsApp. I received my order confirmation last week and have not received anything since!

avoid at all costs they are thieves take payment and dont post hair!!! £200 wasted the delivery company said that they never received the parcel from these people

I received my wife's valentine hair last week. She is so excited to get it done for me. She said its very nice and soft.

Customer service is none existent, trting to return a product that is the wrong colour and length, after waiting 2 weeks for it to be delivered, when they offer next day delivery, let me return the product! Finally let me return the product, which I sent via recorded delivery, and still have no refund, then taken a further 2 payments!

I’ve had such a great experience with these extensions. The costomer service team at labaella was really patient and helpful when I chatted with them, which made the whole process easy. The quality lived up to everything I’d heard. My hair looks longer, fuller, and still feels like my own. I’d honestly buy them again without hesitation.

I love this hair, i found this company on google and the hair is great. I needed the hair urgently and the customer service and delivery was onpoint. This hair is amazingly gorgeous. I purchased the Nano ring colour #60 long lengths 24 inch. The colour blends with my natural hair colour.
I will purchase again for xmas. Thank you

placed an order here because you supposedly do next day uk delivery. I was desperate and needed something ASAP. Over a week later and my parcel was not delivered. I did try to contact the company across all of its platforms with zero response. I was lucky I paid with Klana. Had to write in the email that I will report this company to Klana before my item eventually came over 1 week later with zero apology. Would think twice about ordering from LaBella the items come from china not uk. Stop deceiving people. Very disappointed with hair and service!!!

Saw these extensions on TikTok and had to try them. I got Body Waven Brazilian & Peruvian Hair, and wow, the length and colour are a perfect match. Zero shedding, zero complaints, just love.

The Deep Wave (Supreme Plus Raw Virgin Hair Bundles) I got from Labaella still bounces like day one after three washes. The curl pattern is so consistent it looks like I’ve just stepped out of a glam session every morning.

Went for 24-inch Nano Rings in colour #2/6 and paid with Klarna. Easy on the budget, heavy on the compliments. This hair company really delivers

I am the creative procurement manager for my firm. I had to get some extension hair for the video shoot we needed to complete. The other superior dusappointed and I hâd to sort out anither. I was tight on buget and fiind this company oferind 15% off. I put in the order for £1275 and told them I needed next day without fail..I received a royal mail tracking number and 9.35am next dat got the delivery. The hair was so nice the models took them home. Normally the hair îs thrown away but i Was surprised they all wanted to keep them. Guess it Was good hair.....I Will recommend to othersq zmeur, nu, weekend, notele. Fuma ai ocupările

DO NOT BUY, scammmers, I did not receive my items , tried to contact labaella.com for refund, still haven’t got it and had to go to my bank to request a bank dispute!
