labbaikhajjumrah.co.uk Reviews

I’ve booked multiple Umrah trips through Labbaik Hajj Umrah, and every time the service has been excellent. We’ve always dealt with Brother Essa, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. He consistently finds amazing deals and really takes the time to understand what you need.

We also booked my sister’s Umrah package through Brother Essa, and just like our other bookings, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

For example, when I booked Umrah for my parents, I explained that my dad has leg issues, so it was important that the hotel was close to the Haram and suitable for him. He made sure we had the right option and even advised us about things like steep walking routes, which was incredibly helpful. It showed he genuinely cares about making the journey easier for people and takes personal circumstances into account.

This month I travelled with my own family, and once again Brother Essa arranged everything brilliantly. The hotels were great value, he managed to add extra days for us when needed, and communication was always quick and clear.

What really stood out was when I got stuck in Saudi due to the current conflict. He went above and beyond to help and gave advice and support when he didn’t have to. That level of customer care is rare to find.

If there are ever any issues, he sorts them quickly. He is reliable, professional, and genuinely wants people to have the best Umrah experience possible while keeping it affordable.

When you contact Labbaik, ask for Brother Essa — you’ll be in safe hands.

Keep up the great work Brother Essa — you’re making people’s Umrah journeys smooth, memorable, and cost-effective. Highly recommended.

Can't fault any trip to Makkah and Madina in all honesty

What is can say about setting it up and smooth processing was Brother Essa...prompt and delivered what he promises...its going to be my second time now using him....

May Allah bless his efforts.. yes it may be a job for him and that's how he pays his bills but at the same time...his service extended into my personal experience...which I can't even put in words...

May Allah bless him and Labbaik Hajj and Umrah

I asked a number of different agencies and travel reps but this was the agency that really communicated well. Zubair was precise and quick to action the package, he was patient and understanding to ensure all our requests were addressed. The package was organised well, and any updates/changes were communicated quickly. I would recommend Labbaik hajj umrah and talk to Zubair.

Booked my first umrah trip with Labbaik Hajj Umrah. Brother Shameer was my agent and was extremely helpful and informative regarding the entire process. He guided me through every step and personalised a package that met all my requirements. Very impressed with the service, they are contactable 24/7, any queries or issues are resolved promptly. I will be booking with them again in the future inshallah.

Labbaik Hajj Umrah were recommended by my cousin. We booked last year to go on Umrah in March of this year.

The whole process of booking was seamless with Brother Usman. I had enquired with a couple of companies and although another was quoting a little less there wasn't the transparency with the type of room etc... which was very important to ensure a comfortable Umrah. They took care of all flights, hotels and our Umrah visas, as well as transport in Saudia.

This was our first Umrah and Inshallah if we get the call again we shall book through Brother Usman.

Thank you.

We went for Umrah with my family. We worked with Br. Zubair and he was extremely helpful with all our inquiries. We really enjoyed the experience in Medina. The hotel location and everything about the hotel was amazing. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the hotel experience in Makkah. The hotel was not 5 star as it said online.

Special thanks to brother Shameer, We had a really good amazing services with Lubbak Umrah & Hajj by Shameer he was very helpful from the beginning to the end he was very quick to respond and help me with the package I was really happy with the service & I would like to recommend Labbak Umrah & Hajj because Shameer will give good service for you all too thank you

Amazing service by Essa, made our Umrah experience very smooth and easy. Always available and very quick response to any queries. The team in Saudi were also very kind and helpful.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. Usman Ahmed really listened to exactly what I needed from my package and budget and delivered beyond expectations. I was kept in full communication throughout the process, and during my umrah. The travel company that was included in the package for taxis was also great at communication. Very pleased with the service and will be using labbaik again in the future and recommending to all family and friends. JazakAllah khayr

Great service the guy that helped me was really nice and helpful. He was available at all time. I totally recommend it.

I would 100% recommend this agency

I booked my Umrah with my family in 2022 and the service, the communication and support was exceptional. Brother Essa was helping us and he made the process easy and straight forward for me. I reached out to him again for some help for my 2026 umrah and he’s been prompt and extremely helpful. I highly recommend.

Labbaik HajjUmrah are a very professional service who really do make it easy to plan your trip. We had a wonderful worry and stress free Umrah trip, Essa helped us the choose the right package which was at a very reasonable cost. Payments were be able to spread till before trip also which was an advantage. As with any trip there is always questions and queries and Essa was always responsive to them so we were well informed of the information we needed to have. We were provided with all our documents in advance so had everything we needed and had no issues throughout the trip. I highly recommend using them as they take out all the logistical strain so you can focus on the purpose of your trip

Shabaz really went out of his way to find us a good deal. Thank you for all of the help and service.

“Essa brother was incredibly helpful during my Umrah. He was very warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout the whole journey. I truly appreciate his support and kindness.”

Planned and accommodated to well!
Pleased with the trip overall, very reliable!

Brother Essa and the agency was recommended by a family friend and it was an amazing experience. Brother Essa helped me get the Umrah Visa for Saudi Arabia. He was so easy to communicate with, straightforward, very very polite and professional. My visa was done very quickly and sent to me over the phone which was very very quick and easy, no unnecessary appointments and hundreds of documentation, just quick and straightforward. After getting my visa done he also organised a transportation for my wife and me from Jeddah airport to our hotel in Makkah. After he gave me a contact for their driver in Saudi Arabia again everything was smooth and easy. The driver was very professional and polite. All together my experience dealing with Essa way great and i recommend him to everyone and I can only thank him once more for everything.
