LabMedExpert, definitely recommend to everybody who wants to gain confidence to work in the NHS or private laboratories. Kunle and Sharara are amazing. Kunle will always be the forefront to solve any issue very patiently. I would say he is an extraordinarily teacher who has command in his domain. I truly believe that I have learnt and gained the experience in one month at Labmedexpert to be considered competent laboratory roles . It has aided me through every step of the process from application to job offer. The training coordinators are very friendly and they help with professional development of every individual. I have enjoyed every moment of the intensive training course. Kunle, Sharara, and Grace have been patient, kind and encouraging the whole time. I was a pretty slow learner especially when cutting and trimming but eventually I was able to cut and trim 29 blocks in an hour which is more than required. The team never leaves your side and gives you the best advice on how to work efficiently in an histology lab and they will help with your CV and personal statement. Now I have found a job in the NHS thanks to this experience that has brought my CV to another level.

I was sceptical at first and wondered if this course would be worthwhile but it has most definitely met and exceeded my expectations. You are supported throughout the whole process from start to finish and the coordinators are easy to approach. I would really recommend this course if you want some lab experience and give yourself a better chance in securing an NHS role.

I completed the Intensive Histology Training in the summer. I highly recommend this course for Biomedical degree graduates who require experience to secure laboratory jobs. I was very pleased with my experience, Kunle, Sharara and Grace all pushed me to be my best and I am very grateful for all their help, guidance and encouragement. This course definitely enabled me to get my foot in the door with NHS laboratory jobs and I was invited to several interviews. I did Microbiology training with LabMedExpert and the quality of training I received was excellent. The program is well thought out and executed. The trainers were incredibly helpful and experienced. Superb training experience !!

I took microbiology intensive training with Labmed expert. From the start to end, we were offered a consistent support and guidance. I found Kunle very patient and highly experienced throughout the whole training. He also provided extra support with writing CV and personal statement during the training sessions. And, this enabled me to secure so many interviews within the NHS, and private institutions. Fortunately, I have been offered a higher biomedical science support worker role within the NHS. And I would highly recommend this opportunity to new graduates or anyone looking to gain practical experience.

The best place you can get practical experience and top up your CV. I am glad that I chose to do it and even before getting the exam results I was invited to an interview and offered a permanent job.

Enrolling for the Intensive Histology training course at LabMedExpert is the best decision I have ever made. I went in there with zero histology knowledge, zero laboratory experience and on finishing the course was able to confidently send out job applications because of all the knowledge and hands on experiences I had gained.

I was invited for several interviews (which Kunle also prepared us for over a zoom meeting) and got a Job offer within weeks of completing the course. This would not have been possible with my Microbiology degree on its own if not for LabMedExpert.

Kunle and Sharara were amazing trainers. We were taught and trained on every detail and scenario as it would be in an NHS laboratory. The Laboratory and all equipments used are all NHS standard.

Even though I did the intensive histology training course the skills,knowledge and techniques gained are also transferable to other clinical diagnosis laboratory.

I would recommend LabMedExpert a thousand times over.

This course was the most amazing experience. If anyone is in doubt about doing it, I would recommend to just take the leap as it is well worth doing. The building and facilities are to the best standard. The staff are , Kunle, Sharara and Grace and they are extremely professional, friendly and caring to all trainees who are on the course. They are always pushing you to do your best and are always on hand to answer questions and help with any problems. This course gave me good laboratory experience, and I would recommend it for someone who has little to none lab experience or someone who has finished a degree in sciences a few years back and wants laboratory experience. I met a great group of girls on the same training slot as me and we all became friends. There are two training options. There is a weekend group and a weekday group. I chose weekend as it was easier for me. The weekend training takes slightly longer which is 6 weeks and weekdays take four weeks. The course structure was great and easy to follow. Loved the laboratory work, very hands on and gives you great insight on how a NHS laboratory is ran. To reinforce your learning there are scenario questions at the end of each module.
The course was in Wolverhampton, which was not local to me but I got an Air BnB over the duration of the course. Kunle, who is the Head training officer, also offered accommodation with the University which I didn't need but it was great to have that option.
I finished the course in August and got a job two months later with a private laboratory which is local to me. I think it would have taken me less time to secure a job but due to the pandemic locum work was scarce. I would recommend looking for laboratory work while in the last two weeks of the course and when applying for NHS lab positions to amend your statement each time to match the person specification. On the completion of training, the training officers help with your CV and when I emailed to let them know I have an interview they did a zoom call to go through some mock interview questions. You also have access to the course materials 3 months after completing the course which is helpful for interviews.
So grateful to Kunle, Sharara and Grace for all the help they have given me. I do believe it was the boost I needed to help start my career in Science.

Although I was quite dubious about LME when I first came across them on the internet, my doubts were soon eradicated when I was kindly invited to have a tour around the lab even before signing up to the course. From the moment I met Kunle, I knew I was talking to a highly experienced scientist who has an outstanding knowledge of his profession. Upon starting my course this was also reflected in the teaching. This wasn't just a course where you are simply taught from a textbook!! You are initially introduced to each stage of the histological process and with a mix of practical and theoretical training you build up your skills over the duration of the course. It doesn't matter if you have absolutely no experience of histology, as the team at LME know exactly how to teach you, in order to get the most out of your training. Although this is an intensive course, you feel like you are part of a small family which creates a comfortable and an unpressured environment for learning and acheiving. This feeling is further reflected after completion of the course. The aftercare provided by LME is perfect. Whether you need to practise your techniques or have questions about CV writing, you will always receive the best support from the team. I recently returned for some lab practise before a job interview for a Band 4 AP role. I was welcomed back as if I had never left, even though it had been 8 months and we had been through a global pandemic since. Im happy to say that I got the job (my first job interview) and I am ready to go!!! Thank you to Kunle and Sharara for your guidance during and after my training.

Amazingly efficient and knowledgeable people. Training with Labmedexpert was the best decision I made after graduating from biomedical sciences. The training is intensive and rewarding, and with Kunle's guidance and training I have received an offer to work as a research assistant at a histology lab at Oxford uni. I cannot thank them enough and I'd strongly recommend this course. The course improves your confidence and give you skills that stay with you for life.

I wish I had found LabMedExpert much sooner after finishing my degree. I had a great experience with labmed expert. The training was conducted by competent trainers with a high level of professionalism. I was able to find a job in the NHS after the training because it helped better my CV and made me stand out. It’s something I recommend people to do as the trainig is quite practical and will make you competent enough to work in the NHS.

If you actually want to work within NHS, LabMedExpert is the best place to go. I acquired my degree in Biomedical Science for over five years yet no jobs not even an opportunity for MLA post. But after two months with LabMedExpert I got a job as Associate Practitioner with one year training program. So after one year at my job I will be applying for Biomedical scientist position. I couldn't have made it without LabMedExpert.

The histology training at LabMedExpert is very intense but it worths it. I went with zero practical experience but I came out possessing all practical experience needed for NHS roles. I acquired practical experience in microtomy, embedding, staining, QC, specimen reception etc. All equipments are exactly the same as those used within NHS.

They staff Kunle and Sharara are amazing and were very patience with us. They are fun to be with but very different people when it's time for business. They want every trainee to go home smiling ☺. Their words of encouragement is a top notch.

I recommend LabMedExpert for anyone who needs a job as soon as you finish your degree.

I am a previous trainee and from holding a degree by name I had no experience in a real life situation for histology apart from my degree. Having done this 4 weeks training with LabMedExpert I am now competent to carry out everything the NHS requires in the NHS histology lab. I would like to thank the trainer's kunle and sharara for all their help in pushing me into a career. I am now part of the big family of LabMedExpert and onwards to the future. I really enjoyed my time with LabMedExpert. Kunlee and Sharara taught me so much about histology. They are so patient and will push you to the limits. The course is very intense but it’s for your own good and will prepare you in working towards NHS laboratory . By the end of the programme, i gained so much confidence in cutting sections and embedding. I thought cutting 25 blocks in 1 hour was impossible but I actually did it! I was really happy. Patience and perseverance is the key to success.
