Après une livraison en mars qui ne s'est pas très bien passée, je viens de boire ma première tasse de Sambuca, qui était en page d'accueil du site pour la promo 100 capsules à 19€53.
Ce café est horrible: GOUT ANIS !!!
C'est ma faute, je n'avais pas vu, mais franchement, ce n'est pas assez visible, ça devrait être précisé EN GROS.

The dilivery was very fast. Took just 2 days from Italy to the Netherlands. Like the Espresso cups very much. Ordered for the third time. Now my daughter is a customer as well. Just all positive

I have to disagree with the negative reviews Sure delivery is a bit slow but then the product is coming from Italy. As to the quality of the product I think it's as good as any. I order the Crema di Sicialia which is rich and dark. Contrary to other reviews the capsules work fine in my machine. No complaints

I ordered coffee pods from la capsules and got them delivered today
They came in a brown box without any separation it was as if someone just dumped them into the box
When I opened the box I found coffee everywhere as some of the pods were broken and the coffee had spilt out within the box
I tasted one of their coffees but must admit it was the worst coffee I ever tasted
I would not recommend this company to anyone
They way they do business is disgraceful

Klingt ja nicht schlecht, ca. 25 Cent pro Kapsel, wenn man dann aber merkt, dass eine Kapsel kaum mal für eine Espresso Tasse reicht, ist es zu spät - mit einer 50 Cent Kapsel von Nespresso ist man besser bedient, doppelte Menge, deutlich besserer Geschmack. Danke, nie mehr wieder !

I have been their customer since 2023. The last couple of orders have been a disappointment. Prices were raised, products were discontinued and replaced and they changed the transport company. My last order was done and paid on November 30th. I still haven’t received my order. I do not care if it is the courier’s fault, they chose the specific company to deliver my order, as part of my customer experience. I am appalled by the delay, I am appalled by their lack of accountability and I am appalled at their unwillingness to correct this situation. This last order was the final straw…

Comprato capsule camomilla miele & arancia che vengono spacciate per essere compatibili con Nespresso, invece con queste capsule la macchina perde e dell'erogatore esce solo acqua ... quindi inutilizzabili. Premetto che la mia macchina non ha nessun problema con tutte le capsule originali. Non comprerò più da La Capsuleria.

Avevo acquistato il caffè da loro diverse volte un paio di anni fa. All'inizio era buono, poi man mano nel tempo abbiamo notato un peggioramento nella qualità. Non ho più acquistato per circa un anno e ho voluto riacquistare dando il beneficio del dubbio e sperando le cose fossero migliorate.
Il caffè invece è peggiorato notevolmente, è praticamente imbevibile. Sembra acqua sporca ed il sapore è terribile. Per non buttare 150 cialde e poterlo bere ci aggiungo molto zucchero ma per quanto mi riguarda è il mio ultimo acquisto su questo sito.

J’ai retrouvé avec plaisir le délicieux café italien Borbone que j’achetais chez mon petit épicier italien, avant de déménager.
Service impeccable, délais de livraison très brefs.
Je recommande!

Le pire site sur lequel j'ai acheté des produits.
Des semaines pour être livré aucune communication malgré des demandes de suivi de ma commande.

Café très moyen. Trop cher pour ce que c'est. Et un service client pas au point. Tu leur envoie un mail, ils ne te répondent que si tu insistes. Je ne recommande pas.

Avevo dato una recensione negativa su un acquisto di capsule che non riuscivo a utilizzare perché difettose ma la capsuleria ha provveduto immediatamente a sostituirmi gratuitamente l' intera fornitura. Molto professionali oltre che fornitori di ottimo caffè

Ho trovato la Capsuleria su Instagram, sono rimasta soddisfatta dal servizio e dal caffè.
Ho ordinato il kit degustazione x la macchina dolce gusto, giusto x provare il caffè, siccome avevo provato delle altre cialde compatibili sempre su internet ma non mi avevano x niente soddisfatta.
Devo dire che la qualità del caffè è molto buono sia deca che gli altri gusti sono molto soddisfatta credo sarà il mio fornitore di fiducia, oltretutto sul sito di possono trovare molte altre cose interessanti sia cide x tutte le macchine e x tutti i gusti io vi consiglio di farvi in giro sul loro sito.

Delivery was swift and efficient with good tracking but the coffee is truly appalling. I was expecting something much higher in quality than the average pod coffee given their marketing but it's undrinkable. The latte is bitter and salty (which is just bizarre) and the sweetened drinks are so sweet that they are just unpleasant to drink. I wasn't too impressed to discover on scrutinising the ingredients on the boxes that they're mostly made with instant coffee rather than ground (unlike the majority of Dolce Gusto pods purchased elsewhere). An expensive mistake as most of what I bought was undrinkable
