Having struggled to bring my central heating system on and noting that the boiler gauge was in the red, I called in for an engineer to call, as soon as possible.
An engineer called, soon after, that afternoon and sorted out the problem.

Very helpful, we have always had Danny to service and make any repairs and find him great. Lacey are a local, family firm and much nicer to deal with than a big company .

Had my Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 fitted in February 2022 By Lacey plumbing & Heating and it's been great and I have it serviced every 12 months for peace of mind which was completed by engineer Josh on 28/1/25 without issue.

Great customer service. Quick response, caring and efficient. Plumbers are courteous, know their stuff and answer any questions knowledgably. 3rd time I have used this company and I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Excellent service. My mother is elderly, disabled and house bound. I rang them to advise her boiler was not working having never used them before. Engineer was there in 15 mins, topped up the pressure and heating was back on. Superb!

Tony (owner) was thorough in his approach, planning and workmanship. He organised a heat loss survey to identify the best heat pumps for our property. All staff were reliable polite and respectful. Tony has overcome faults etc at no extra cost and was/still is available whenever I call. This is reassuring , as we feel looked after and in safe hands.

Excellent service throughout. Undertook a boiler service, diagnosed a valve problem and replaced them promptly. The careful offer to upgrade our system was sensibly explained and the upgrade undertaken a week later. Highly recommended.

It has been a pleasure from start to finish to deal with this company. From the initial contact with Rebecca, the consultation with Mike and the installation by Baz and Louie, I felt confident that I had an experienced; professional team looking after me.
They protected my carpet from dirt and debris and took every last bit of my old system and the packaging from the new one away with them.
Everything was done on time and in budget and I couldn't be happier!

I was requiring a radiator to be relocated. I had contacted a couple of plumbers and not heard back so thought I would try Lacey plumbing. I spoke to Rebecca who was so helpful with arranging a quote (I very pleased when the price was half the cost of what I was expecting). Rebecca made the process so easy to get fitting arranged. The plumber turned up on time and was very tidy. Would definitely recommend

email. I had new boiler and radiator fitted by Danny
who was really cheerful, hard working and patient at
explaining things.

Great combination of Office Staff and Engineers. I really like the solutions offered on my old boiler - an external expansion vessel. Boiler serviced and EEV installed and central heating worked perfectly.

Had a leak under the bath, dealt with quickly and efficiently and the cost was as expected. Would definitely recommend this company.
