Don't buy
Don't buy! The product is not worth the money. The customer service is horrible. They either don't reply or have automated messages that they send out. They're no help at all. I have been trying to refund this product and I am getting nowhere. I have been waiting for them to resend after a month plus. No one is able to assist me. At this point, if I ever do get the replacement, I will be throwing it in the garbage.

I recently purchased the Kangaroo Pocket T-shirt, and I have to say, it’s an absolute game-changer for parents! As a new dad, I was looking for something that would allow me to bond with my baby while still being able to move around the house. This T-shirt exceeded all my expectations.
The fabric is super soft and breathable, which is a must when you're carrying a little one close to your chest.

Scam, the shirts they sent were not as pictured as well as there was Zero support!!!
Do not buy!!
Also, I’ve been trying to return the shirts for months and there’s little to no responses.

It’s scam. They take the photos from the shop Lalabu and give you the cheap Tshirt. It’s not safe for the baby. If you want to buy the real one, find Lalabu but the price is so high.

This company is the worst when you are…
This company is the worst when you are trying to return a product. I have been trying for almost a month to either fix an order or do a return and I keep getting the run around. I feel they are purposely doing this as I have 30 days to request a return. They are just going to keep it going until those 30 days are up. Not happy with kangaroo shirts. To stretchy and unsafe for the baby.

We ordered a men’s kangaroo top and what arrived was a flimsy T-shirt not safe or suitable for putting a baby in as described.
When contacted to arrange a return they provided a return address in Canada even though the package was sent from UK meaning it wasn’t cost effective to return the item for a refund.
They don’t reply to your emails and I believe this is just a scam to take your money, send a cheap T-shirt not worth the £30 paid and then make a return impossible.
It’s unfair on the customer and I will take this up with trading standards.
