Fantastic service! I bought a Ducati 1198S from Laguna 2 months ago and had mechanical problems with the clutch and gearbox and battery and a de. I live 100 miles from Ashford but the team there collected my bike in a van, replaced the clutch and battery and brought the bike back to me. it now runs like a dream and the V Twin sound is pure heaven! Big thanks To Bill in the tech team, Ryan for 2 trips up to me and Andy in the sales team - great bunch of guys and first rate service. Thoroughly recommend the sales and service team at Laguna Ashford. Big thanks Steve R.

Mark Hall I spoke to on the phone about a bike I was interested in, due to work commitments and the location of Laguna Motorcycles it wasn't possible for me to view the bike beforehand, putting my full trust in Mark and buying the bike over the phone was a gamble but it was one that was worth making not only was the bike more than what he described he also got me a cost effective delivery to my home address some what 200 plus miles away, if there was more stars to give I would without hesitation Mark was a true gent and can only recommend him to anyone who is serious about buying a bike from Laguna.

Popped down for the demo day! Had a great day being very well looked after by Liga, a friend had a issue with his bike and Brian kindly helped us out with it. Couldn’t fault either of them!
I popped into the clothing side and to say the staff where unsatisfactory. Everywhere else was absolutely fab but the clothing could use some improvement.

Very poor service I went to Laguna motorcyles asked to see a sales person but during to the current issue no one available was asked to leave my details for a sales person no one called me back I then called and asked to speak to sales Mark answered the phone but was busy with a customer stating I will call you back in hour 7 days later no call back It was my intention of placing an order for a new Burgman I have just put an order in at a BMW dealer for 10000 pound bike being built now poor service payes a price.

Had my Triumph serviced by Chris at Laguna Ashford. All the staff were very polite and friendly. It was returned to me in showroom condition! Took the bike out for a run. No problems, runs beautifully.

I don't normally give reviews as people are born to make mistakes. It only takes one bad experience and a dealer can be made to look bad.
My experience was they just kept giving. I already had a great deal but they went even further by fitting an Arrow exhaust, and then giving a boxed standard exhaust. The staff were not salespeople they were more like people you know. They even checked the tyre pressures of the car we came down in.
Ashford made the whole thing a pleasure. The 178 mile journey home on the Street Triple RS is a bike I would recommend to anyone. A brilliant bike.

Had a very bad experience at Maidstone. Not all lagunas fault but they were still poor. Over the phone secured a duke gt. Had a large distance to ride. Unfortunately my pex bike developed a suspension fault. I informed laguna. I went down to pick up my gt and laguna charged me full retail for the fix whilst trying to knock me down on things we had already agreed on for the pex price like it needed a minor service. Kept me waiting ages too. My advice is dont distance buy from them. Also found bad scratches on my new gt metal work under the pannier on one side when i removed them.
The best feeling ever , walking into Laguna to see my new bike for the 1st time , it was centre stage with a Congratulations notice and my name on the sign ! Great service from James Brown and the workshop guys that had fitted the extra bits i ordered . Thank you all 👍

After spending many happy hours looking at the bikes, having countless free coffees and chatting to the guys at Laguna, I have just ordered my first ever brand new bike - Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE. James Brown has always made me feel very welcome without ever being a pushy "salesman". The new showroom is spacious and the whole process was as fun and exciting as buying a new bike should be. I can't wait to collect the bike next weekend, after the accessories have been added. I recommend these guys 100%! Thanks Matt
