Ordered prior to Thanksgiving for a mid month birthday. Say shipping is time for a 3 - 12 days. Never arrives from CHINA. Company makes you think you’re buying from the US. The tracking you receive with your order never updates or says expected delivery date that comes and goes.
Customer service emails are “canned” with no real information just an empty apology. If you comment anything negative on the FB posts they remove them so it looks like only satisfied customers. DO NOT BUY!!!

It’s terrible quality. It’s nothing like the advertise in the picture.
Well, I received my order promptly but when I saw the product, all three of them together aren’t worth $40 the chains already look like they’re tarnishing and I haven’t even opened them up. I’m sending my back hopefully I’m gonna get my money back but I sent an email two days ago and still haven’t received any information.

The crown isn’t free moving like the ad suggests and it doesn’t come in the cute little hat box. Instead they come in cellophane packets.
The company always answered my emails to be fair but it still took almost two months to receive my order,
