First assignment with LA
My first assignment through LA and I was surprised with the help before being interviewed, the support during my security application, the on-boarding set up, and the efficiency with regards to time booking, invoicing and prompt payment. A very smooth contract with all the support I could expect. Even the exit process at the end was simple and problem free.

I had no issues at all with LA International
My experience with LA International was perfect. I used them for a set of outside IR35 contracts between March 2021 and February 2023.
The staff were friendly and obviously had a good relationship with the client. Docusign contracts and renewals were seamless and I was never paid late.

A message of Gratitude to LA International
Good Evening,
Whenever I have worked as a contractor for LA International previously, I have nothing but great memories and help coming from all levels of the business. This cascaded from the actual account managers to resource consultants to the accounts and also the security manager and help desk. It left that much of an indelible and everlasting effect on me that I have not forgotten lightly. My own daughter asked me about going to be a contractor after leaving a programme that she worked on as a post graduate. I signposted her to one of the account managers, who has been nothing but helpful, kind and considerate over the past 7 years of knowing her; Consequently my Daughter is now a contractor working with LA International and from feedback received, she is more than happy with her current situation (Having worked inside then outside IR35 currently). Thank you once again! I wish LA International and all its staff all the very best in future endeavours, and given the opportunity in the future (as I am currently back in a permanent role) of working with this company again, I would relish this opportunity once more.

This contract with LAi was for 2 1/2 years for the NHS, I have previously contracted with them for over a year at DXC.

Beware ! Deceitful Agency.
! Beware. They lie to contractors and clients so both party continue their business with them.
LAInternational does not fail to give you wrong information if it works to their benefit. They will talk to client and pass information to their contractor(s), but will change client statements.
They are money driven rather than taking care of their contractors. Seem to be the case with any other LAInternational contractors I have spoken to.
They will not fail to threaten you with lawsuits and verbal abuse when you leave them to work for completely different client.
They pretend they own you and their terms in their contract alarms unethical practices.

LA international are extremely bad. They are bad at paying, very poor at managing their Clients and withheld pay. You can go for weeks without being paid.
