Very honest and helpful Would recommend to anyone

After discovering a leak following a frozen pipe, Lakeshore Restoration was quick to answer my emergency call. They clearly told me the emergency pricing and gave me details of how they would tackle the situation. They showed up promptly on a Saturday morning and all of the crew were pleasant and ready to get to work. A few days later my place was dry as a bone. They came and cleaned up their mess and took their equipment leaving behind only my equipment which they were happy to use as it was there and because it would save me a few dollars. Detailed photos and explanation of work done was provided so I could submit to my insurance. A detailed receipt was sent as soon as the check was processed. I hope to never have to call them again, but know they will be the first to get called if needed. Highly recommend.

They had to deal with extreme cold temperatures with some garage work we were having done. They took the extra time to get the job done well and it looks great.

Our house suffered flooding as a result of some burst pipes. The Lakeshore Restoration team was very quick to respond to our call for help. They quickly made an assessment of what would need to be done to mitigate and clean up the damage. As the work progressed, Alex was quick to revise their mitigation plan when it became evident that proceeding differently would be more economical. Alex and Rigo were also extremely helpful in connecting us with other contractors who could assist us with the other repairs that were needed. While we hope to never need their mitigation services again, we look forward to working with them on the rebuild of the damaged areas and would strongly recommend their services!

Rigo & Alex were prompt with returning calls, reliable with following through with appointments, and a pleasure to work with. We had air quality testing done and duct cleaning with Raymond who was a pleasure to work with. Helpful advice was given.

Wasn’t happy with work at all , sealed all over washers & dryers , throw shelving away that someone made for me , original door stop home is almost 100 yrs old , Didn’t finish the job just left me high and dry , never called before stopping over and did work without me being there and that was stated before they even started . Told me that basement and kitchen will perfect and far from .

Wow I have to say I am very satisfied! Everyone who walked through my door to work on this project was so polite and very respectful. They were here multiple days working on this project and at the end of every day put everything back where they found it. I didn't have to move a single thing back! They did a great job at identifying the problem and did a great job at explaining everything to me. They were happy to answer any questions I had, and if they didn't have the answer in the moment they made sure to get the answer. They make sure to get everything just right! I would definitely work with them again!

Two things stand out for me. First, the politeness with which the Northshore people acted and, second, the efficiency with which they worked and completed the project.

Great company to work with. Great communications, did an excellent job!

They were efficient and thorough. They took care of the mold in my basement, cleaned, repaired, painted, and even put up a ceiling. And they also took care of the attic, which is a tight fit but had bats in it. So grateful to have these jobs done and done well.

Rigo and his crew were extremely efficient and communicative. I had received a very high quote for mold remediation and Lakeshore cut the estimate in half. They got to work within a few days of our initial contact and addressed the problem thoroughly. Highly recommended.

They were on top of their game when it came to preparing a quote, knowledge about what needed to be done and how best to accomplish the work.
