I had a very positive experience with the dental service. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The dentist took the time to explain the treatment clearly and answered all my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the appointment.

The clinic was clean, well-organised, and the service was efficient. I also appreciated the care and attention given during the treatment. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend the dental service to others.

From the moment you walk in, the practice creates a calm, modern and relaxing atmosphere. The beautiful décor, relaxing ambience music and the screen showing luxury beach holiday scenes really help create a peaceful environment, which is especially reassuring for very anxious patients like myself.

The reception team, Migle and Marketa, are absolutely wonderful. They are always welcoming, friendly and smiling, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, even offering water and making sure you feel looked after from the start.

Dr Neel Patel has been incredibly informative, thorough and professional throughout my treatment. He has taken the time to explain everything clearly and has always made sure I have felt comfortable and experienced no pain. His dental assistant, trainee dental nurse Virat, has also been fantastic, ensuring I have been comfortable and well cared for during every appointment.

I came to Lakewood with a lot of dental problems and needed extensive restorative treatment. I am now almost at the end of my treatment plan, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The whole team has made what could have been a very stressful journey feel much easier and more reassuring.

Haven’t had a dentist for a while due to ill health. Lakewood dentist is a lovely place. All staff very welcoming. Had to have a new bottom denture, Dave the technician, was amazing, very patient, very professional, 100%.. Sharon.

I have to say that Dr Nadia Riveros is the most accomplished dentist I have ever had the pleasure of encountering - the dedication to her patients and level of professionalism are second to none. She saved my amalgam filled and crumbling old pre molar by building a ceramic overlay over the top of it. I found the whole process completely fascinating - and with the state of art technology in the treatment room, was even able to watch a couple of Eastenders episodes during my treatment! Thank you Nadia - you are amazing!

Very nice people from the front desk all the way through to the dentist and hygienist, they make the experience smooth and they explain everything which is nice as it puts your mind at ease and very professional with there work.

I had a really great experience at Lakewood Dental.
Dr. Neel and Dr. Nadia were both professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointments.
The treatment was excellent, and the whole visit felt calm and well organised.

The two receptionists were also amazing, both were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. They made the whole experience even better with their positive attitude and excellent customer service.

Platinum class dental care and treatment; From a first class team of expert dental professionals in a state of the art comfortable clinical environment. I have had various treatments, including very complex root canal work recently to save various teeth which Dr Patel carried out. Dr Patel is a master of his craft, quick,and very pleasantly competent. The whole experience makes a visit to the dentist for complex work a pleasure. You won't be disappointed here. It’s been an amazing experience with Lakewood Dental practice. They truly deserve five stars ✨! They are genuinely the most amazing, friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable team I’ve have ever met . As soon as you walked in, the team makes you feel comfortable and the levels of hospitality is incredible. As someone who HATES going to the dentist, I cannot recommend lakewood dental and specifically Dr Neel Patel enough. The practice itself has been refurbished and decorated to feel very welcoming and comfortable. Dr Neel really takes the time to get to know his patients and does every thing he can to ensure your as comfortable as possible.
To add to my dislike of going to the dentist I also have AuDHD and Dr Neel did an excellent job at explaining each step to me and allowing me time to process before going ahead with treatment.

Neel Patel is a highly experienced and skilled dentist and I am delighted with the work he has done for me. He is always friendly and informative and I feel that I am in excellent hands. He is supported by a very helpful and efficient team and it is always a pleasure to visit Lakewood Dental.

I haven't been to the dentist for over 5 years so was very apprehensive.
I shouldn't have been worried.
From the reception staff to Neel and his team I felt very relaxed right from the start.
It is always great when you are seen on time especially when you are nervous and this has happened every time.
The surgery rooms have all the up to date equipment and are very clean.
Everything was explained to me in detail by Neel from the treatment needed to the pricing.
I had to have an extraction and this was performed with hardly any pain.
If you need a new dentist this is certainly the place to go

Lakewood dental really helped me out recently, I had a broken tooth which happened one evening, they saw me the next morning. Very helpful and informative dentists, reception staff are wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for anyone there. The dental rooms are pristine with all the latest modern equipment, you feel very relaxed and comfortable being there.
