I bought my la Mansio bag a few years ago and was really happy with the versatility and the high quality of the product, it is since my go to bag to go to work. Recently I decided to buy a small bag as well, that time I was running into a small issue with the order. The La Mansio team came back to me even once I told them that the problem was fixed.

I supported the crowdfunding from the beginning of LaMansio Idea to produce a perfect bag for a woman. I payed in advance an waited for 1,5 Years! I got regeluraly the updates and just trusted. Corona made it more difficult but an least a really received by bag and additional units. I am using them already 2,5 years and i love them. Very good quality and beautiful and practical.

I just love everything about this company - people ask me about my La Mansio One all the time. I've had it for over a year now and use it for travel, nights away with the compression cube and work. Sometimes, I just take the laptop case and camera cube with me.

There is nothing I love more than a product designed by women for women and this one ticks all the boxes for me. I will be a customer for life!

Amazing service from start to finish. Though the beginning seemed rough when the company first started, the representatives have always been transparent about the process from start to finish, and their customer service (and products) nowadays is top tier!

I bought this bag right before Covid. Due to COVID, it took a while for me to get my bag but it was worth it. I get so many complements about and I love my bag. I use it as my laptop bag as I’m a current student. Love all the support and love my bag!

As an early backer, I have watched La Mansio professionalize and I’m so proud of this company and their products. Everything was delivered as promised and every piece has been of the very best quality. La Mansio is the only company out there making truly professional bags for woman that actually function in everyday life.

I love this brand! really elegant, classy and practical! The fact that it can be held either by hand, one shoulder straps or like a normal bag on shoulders is great!

I really recommend it, specially for the quality of the leather on top of it’s different features.

I’m sure many people haven’t given fair reviews to La Mansio because of their initial Kickstarter campaign (many didn’t understand how Kickstarter worked), but I’d like to share my positive experiences.

Though the Kickstarter reward took longer to receive than expected, I loved my Heritage Leather LM bag when it came in! It holds my laptop and other work items, and I receive a LOT of compliments on it wherever I go. While the Heritage Brown Leather is difficult to maintain, it’s nonetheless gorgeous.

Whenever I’ve had any issues with the product, LM has gotten back to me within the week and satisfactorily rectified the issue. Additionally, they have kind Customer Service Reps who are so sweet & polite!

I look forward to seeing more from LM in the future!

Emma from the customer service team has been absolutely delightful and helpful. I had difficulties receiving my order and she came back quickly with immediate solutions and took action to resend my order. When I spotted some issues with the surface of the bag, she even suggested a product which could address that. I’ve been supporting La Mansio as a kickstarter project and have been satisfied about their execution of their promise to have a versatile bag and with many pockets. The bag is a little heavier than my expectation but maybe because it’s leather.

I’m so very happy I bought this bag! It’s well crafted, super functional and beautiful for the office but also for someone who does a lot of short haul flights and moving between different types of meetings. It holds its structure well but has well designed spaces and features.

I was a bit skeptical of this bag after stumbling across a Facebook group, but I am honestly so glad I bought it. The new bags have stronger reinforcing and zips where previously it was flimsier domes etc, so really upgraded from the earlier model.
It arrived within a week (I’m in New Zealand) and customer service was a standout after I changed my order immediately after purchase and had incredibly fast and kind communication

I got it in brown. The quality and versatily is amazing. Best bag Ive eve had.

Amazing bag. Always receive many compliments (from the office to the gym, to the airport, everyone compliments it). I had an issue with the zipper and Emma at customer service helped me in a timely and very dedicated manner. I did receive a new bag just a 1-2 week after. I would definitely recommend buying this great and unique bag!

Great customer service! My bag's zipper handle somehow fell off and when I contacted customer service they were very understanding, even though it was outside of its warranty window, and we're happy to send through some replacement zipper handles.

The bag is super efficient and their customer service is amazing... they were so helpful when i wrongly ordered the wrong color and eventually i got the color i wanted.
