Fantastic service fast delivery amazing bed assembled well would buy again from these guys

Very well constructed and solid bed. The guys at Lamour were so helpful and delivery was spot on. Everything was so well packaged and protected. In particular the bed is really comfortable and exceeded expectation. On the Tv side of things the mechanism is very quiet, smooth and solid.

Not very happy with the service.
The delivery was not acceptable. We paid additional money for the room of choice and assembly yet we had to support in this as there was only 1 person and they couldn't lift any of it upstairs by theirself.

I've been trying to reach the company for 2 weeks now and I have been ignored!

Yet I keep getting emails about leaving a review!

The bed itself is a lovely bed and great quality.

But I find it terrible I'm being ignored as i have tried to request a part refund on what I had to pay for assembly.

Very happy with this bed. Prompt delivery. Easy to put up and looks gorgeous. Ordered faux leather and was concerned incase it looked cheap but I needn't have worried, it's absolutely lovely and very comfortable.

The communication from the company is absolutely horrible but the bed looks nice , just not very easy to fix.

I have never written a review ever for any company however as the service for this bed company was outstanding I have to write a review. Firstly Jay who I dealt with was amazing. There really needs to be someone like this man in every company. He has so much patience and time to talk to us it was incredible. From every tiny details to make our bed perfect he covered. I dealt with Jay via phone and text and he always got back to me with positive answers. He made my headboard to the exact measurement I wanted and not only that he told me exactly how it would hold to the wall plus made the trim black to suit wood I had. Unfortunately I didn’t get the samples that he had sent to me however he then sent me videos of headboards colours that I wanted as a comparison to show me how it would look which was even better than the samples. I honestly couldn’t fault this guy. I would advise everyone to use this company. To the price, quality, and high range of beds and colours everything is luxury. The delivery men who assembled the bed also were lovely too and worked hard to make it perfect. The company have made a customer for life and I highly recommend this company to everyone. Please use them you as will not be disappointed. Thank you

Fantastic bed, absolutely top notch service

Fabulous from ordering to delivery which amazingly only took 5 days for a bespoke bed, nothing was to much trouble & Jay was a great help on the phone. We will definitely be ordering another bed from these guys in the near future, my son has already picked one for as soon as his room is ready.
