The quality of bulbs is good, but...
The quality of bulbs is good, but things could be better with the customer support service. I mean that I tried to cancel my order withon a few minutes after I checked out, but unfortunately you were not able to take into consideration my intent. Not even I have written an email, in which I mentioned that I still wanted the items, but within a new order, launched within several minutes. The automatic answer came rapidly but with no meaning to me. So was the human answer the next day, that the order could not be cancelled, which is a massive break of the customer rights law. Finally I had to deny the parcel upon its arrival, which was a waste of resources on your account. Do you think it was ok? I kindly suggest you to offer the lawful space to any customer, as they must make a mistake and try to fix it.
Thank you, the second parcel was received, and the bulbs were ok.

Am comandat 4 lămpi de exterior și ați livrat doar 3. Din acest motiv încă nu am primit ceea ce am comandat. Mi se pare o lipsa de profesionalism și de respect față de clienți. Nu voi mai comanda vreodată de la această firma.
