I instructed this company because I urgently needed a landlord’s Gas Safety Record (CP12) after being let down by another provider.
The engineer attended on Friday, carried out the inspection and advised me that the property had passed and that the CP12 certificate would be emailed to me.
Unfortunately, I received no paperwork before the engineer left and, by the end of the weekend, I had still not received the certificate. As my tenants were due to move into the property, this has caused me unnecessary worry and uncertainty.
Hoping this is simply an administrative delay, but clearer communication and prompt issuing of the certificate would have made the experience much less stressful.
I will update this review once the matter has been resolved.

Booked online, 1 confirmation email, visit happened as booked, report provided soon after. Totally smooth and the right amount of coms. Also the price is very reasonable (2 bed house in south London).

Excellent service from Mehak, who handled the annual property checks efficiently and professionally. Responsive, courteous, and thorough — everything was completed on time and without any fuss. Highly recommended.

They turned up in time and performed the check as agreed. However, within 24 hours of sending the certificate, they have sent 10 messages asking for a 5 star review. I have had to block their number now, which means I won’t be able to use them in the future.

Cheap and you get what you pay for. Appalling timewasters. Engineers failed on 3 occasions out of 3 to turn up during the appointed time and messed a lot of people around. Continued to promise to deliver certificates and then failed to do so. We got there in the end but the experience was not good for my blood pressure. Avoid if possible.
