The sales service I received from Chloe was outstanding. Chloe displayed vast amount of knowledge on the Jaguar I was intrested in and prepared a financial package which suited me. A great asset to Rocker with the rest of the sale and financial team who helped along the way. Thanks a million.

Utterly appalling after sales service. I April 2024 I bought a new Land Rover Discovery. the sales service was excellent. However they damaged a wheel whilst loading the vehicle to deliver to me and I agreed that they could still deliver it on the promise that a new wheel would be sent to my local LR dealer in a week or so. That was 7 months ago. Since then I have sent numerous emails, made a formal complaint and been completed ignored, not even an acknowledgement of the emails or the formal complaint. I am now forced to waste my time complaining to trading standards and instructing solicitors

Made an enquiry, no pushy salesman approach. Was talked through the best value for money, the extras to make the car unique to ourselves, given a price and left to think about it. Did the exercise of gaining another price and was more than happy with Rockars price, and ordered the car.
No push on finance or the extras which other garages were pushing, options were given but left for us to make our own minds up. Pain free experience of buying a car!

Good salesman and easy procedure

I bought a Discovery 5 from their Canary Wharf branch. On handover the footwells were wet. I was told overzealous valeter.
Over coming weeks it was obvious there were significant issues with water and wind ingress amongst a host of other issues which should’ve been spotted by their “experienced professionals” during their “extensive pre-sale inspections”. They did repair a number of these issues and initially to my satisfaction. However it appears you’re only expected to give them one shot at it; since finding water pooling once again in the footwells of my car, everyone I had dealt with has disappeared! Not left the business (I’ve had that confirmed) but instead ignores emails and phone calls. Even going into the dealership in Canary Wharf, I was promised an escalation and call back - nothing. For all the negative reviews here, Rockar’s Complaints team suggests writing to their Complaints, Aftersales or HelpMe email addresses but all that illicits is an auto-response acknowledgement but no calls or emails. Don’t be fooled into thinking they’re keen to help. From what I have found those addresses are a repository to appear to be interested in helping but in reality you’re on your own.

My case is now with JLR Financial Services. A real shame. It’s a lovely car but this dealership shouldn’t be trusted with selling their products.
