The buying process online - so easy and convenient. It's great to be able to deal with documentation online and track progress of the car. I love this method of buying.
The car was delivered on time by Darren, awesome chap, happy for a chat, took me through the main controls etc and ensured I was comfortable before he left.
This should be a 5* review right? Wrong... With 14 miles on the clock the car is on its way back to a dealer for defective lights. While the manufacturer is responsible for the build of the car, I do expect the dealer, prior to release to the customer, to be doing some checks! Lights is definitely on the list of what I expect to be checked. I have some lights not working at all and some intermittent as found by roadside recovery.. they advised an immediate return for in-depth review of the lighting system. We have a second car on order which will remain on order should this fault turn out to be easily fixed and I don't become a frequent visitor of the service bay of Landrover!

To keep it positive, aside from the dodgy lights and my first drive in the car being to a dealership service department, the buying process and customer service/communication with Rockar has been really great.

Spent 2 hours at their office in Newbald to try and get the best deal for me as I had a budget.

The whole process is seamless and easy. Customer service is a priority and I have received a number of calls from people making sure everything is ok. Car delivered to my door with a thorough run through of all aspects of the process vehicle by the delivery driver.

If I could give this zero stars I would!!

Within a week of buying an F-Pace from here I was driving with my 3 year old son in his car seat in the back of the car. Someone pulled out on me and the seatbelt failed! My son came flying into the centre console in his car seat. I reported the fault to Rockar and they denied anything was wrong with the vehicle. I went through Jaguar finance and they made Rockar take the car back and fault check it. Lo and behold there was a clear issue and they fixed it and offered me a meal voucher to take my family for some food! Obviously I was disgusted with this and said no as we could have been having a completely different conversation had the potential accident happened.
To this day 8 months later my poor son still will not get in the car or even go near it. I’ve reported this to the dealership and they said as they’ve now fixed the seatbelt they don’t see an issue but they’re sorry my son won’t get in the car. The best they can now offer me is to part exchange the car but as I’m in negative equity with my current car I have from them I’d end up paying more out.
Service from so cold managers and senior staff has being nothing short of disgraceful and embarrassing.
I’ve had an absolutely horrific experience with this company and this is still ongoing. They don’t call or follow through on anything they say.
Please avoid this company!

Having purchased a 3.5-sec BMW iX M60 decided it was time to sell my V8 F Type Jag. Very sad day; so went to Landrover garage and test drove a more practical Defender D300 130 X-Dynamic HSE. This got an immediate thumbs up from the Good Lady; having highly spec'd one, approached several dealers. Rockar Landrover provided the best customer journey without any pressure. On top received the best discount plus trailer delivery and the cherry on top a full fuel tank. Falling in love all over again after my recent bereavement! A very happy chappy once more.

Having had very poor experiences with other JLR dealerships I thought I'd give Rockar a try and buy the car online. What a great experience from start to finish - easy online process and very helpful staff just a call away when I needed more info. I visited Canary Wharf as well and the experience was the same - very helpful. New car delivered this week to my doorstep with a really information 30 minute handover. I couldn't be happier with the car and the buying experience (plus the treat I found in the boot). I would recommend Rockar without hesitation.
