They were able to book the survey in within a week and the report came through about another week after that. Excellent attention to detail in the L2 Homebuyers survey and well presented. They managed to do the survey a couple of days later and then were able to present the survey to us just a couple of days after that. Well within the timescale we had agreed to.

Excellent service from Landview Surveyors. Easy to book with competitive fees. The office staff were very helpful. Tom undertook the Hombuyers survey and produced a comprehensive inspection report which was emailed to me the day after. The report highlighted potential issues and suggested further actions. I had some subsequent queries and spoke to Tom on the phone where he was able to provide helpful, informed answers. I cannot fault the service I had and would recommend this company.

What is there not to like about this survey company? I had originally assigned a local survey company recommended by the estate agents but found their enormous list of exclusions alarming, so I moved to Landview, having read the many positive reviews. My experience started in early Sept 2025 and I was not disappointed! The price was great (much cheaper than most). The survey was booked and scheduled for within 2 weeks. Their local surveyor, Alex, is thorough, professional, helpful and very approachable which is exactly I need when going through the survey report with him. Even weeks afterwards, this company is still very open to further queries or clarifications if required. There is always someone at the end of the phone and you can leave a message for your surveyor to contact you to answer any query within the scope of his survey. Everyone is always polite, professional and helpful. Nothing appears to be a bother for them. Even to this day at the end of Oct, I am still in touch with Alex to help with question about the house! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Choosing a good surveyor these days isn't easy. I am so pleased I dodged a bullet with the local survey company and decided on Landview to do my survey.

A friend of mine said I should get a home buyers survey done. So I found the cheapest it’s only about £10 cheaper but when buys a flat every little helps.

They did a fantastic job and the survey even gave a brief history of the building that the flat was in. Flagged a few small problems to look at further down the line.

My only issue but this is wit all survey company’s is they don’t test the gas, electricity and water and mark it red saying get someone else to look at it. Which is more money.

This is the second time we've used Landview for a level 2 homebuyer's survey. Their surveys are very detailed and thorough, with lots of pages, explaining the context and any issues found, plus, where appropriate, recommendations to remedy problems.

The first survey raised concerns and we realised that we wouldn't be able to afford the house plus the work that needed to be done. So we went back to the drawing board, and searched for another house. We went back to Landview for a survey, and I was really pleased that, while their survey did list things which need to be addressed, nothing was concerning, and we feel confident about going ahead with the purchase.

I had a great experience with Ashok and Karla for a Level 3 survey of a share of freehold flat in London. They fit me in during a busy period with a competitive price and factored in my specific requests. The report was thorough. Was very grateful for the phone call with Ash to answer questions from the report that helped me feel confident in my decision to ultimately walk away from the sale and look for something better. Would gladly go with Ashok again. My one point of feedback is it would be great if they offered and included drone surveys as part of the Level 3 for a more detailed roof assessment.

We opted for a level 2 homebuyer survey with Landview and would 100% recommend. This was our first time moving so wasn’t sure what to expect with regards to having a survey.
The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful during the booking process and got us booked in within a week. The report itself is very detailed. 35 pages and plenty of photos. The price of the survey was much cheaper than what we had been quoted elsewhere but after reading other reviews we were more than happy to go ahead!

After checking out few surveyors, Landview was the cheapest and best choice with good reviews. I had a survey done within 24 hours of making a booking with Michelle. Graham was appointed to do the level 2 survey. I am very impressed with his report - very thorough and detailed. I also made a follow up call with him for some advice. Definitely recommended for a 5 stars service.
