Ross was very lovely and very accommodating for my difficult situation. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to.

Excellent service arranged at short notice. The tram were prompt and efficient.

Fast efficient service carried out by two nice young men. Would recommend this company.

Very responsive service. Quote was competitive and unlike some other quotes we had received, it did not include lots of potential extra costs.
On the day the team were professional and left the property cleared in good time.

We recently used Langley house Clearance and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They were extremely helpful and efficient.

We were having to empty my late Mum's house
so we were quite stressed, Ross was very professional and got the house cleared on the day and at the price quoted thank you excellent service

Prompt and reliable service. Langleys outlined the process clearly, and completed the job within a few days of my initial enquiry. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Langleys House Clearance. Who did a great job clearing out a garage for me and will be contacting them again when we are ready to clear out the next job.

Great service, efficient and only took 3 hours for the house clearance. I particularly like the fact that they try to recycle what is taken away or give it to charities.

This type of service has always worried me slightly as to who is going to turn up to empty house contents. I should have had no concerns about Ross and Ross! Helpful, efficient and completed the job swiftly and leaving everything else neat and tidy. They could be a bit clearer about their charges but that doesn’t distract from the job completed.

What has been such a difficult time losing my grandma, these guys helped us massively with doing the clearance I couldn't bring myself to do, they are so respectful and very reasonable quote too thankyou so much for all your help.

I had a tight deadline and briefed them at short notice. They managed to find a window within a few days, turned up to review the job, and gave a very competitive quote - which I accepted.
Clearing the house was very well organised and the team were helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble - they even retrieved something later in the day that I shouldn't have sent for clearance. Also anything they give anything that can be used by charities e.g. canned food, clothes, rather than simply dispose of it. A very good firm.

Speedy, efficient, friendly!

Happy to recommend Ross and his company ,
Turned up on time , no fuss , no issues , no hidden extras .
Very good service .

Arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Langleys arrived on time and managed to avoid the difficult parking space outside. They were very efficient and pleasant to work with, and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Quick to respond, reasonably priced and fast and friendly service. Would highly recommend and will be using their services again for sure.

The company were very professional and hard-working. They were polite and well mannered at all times. The price was very competitive and reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone else.
