It's been more than ten years since my last Lapel Pins Plus order. When I decided to design a challenge coin to commemorate the Dauug | 36 open-source minicomputer for critical infrastructure, I knew just who to work with for the production side. Everything went well. It's not like fine jewelry, but the value to cost ratio was great for me, and people's response to the coin has been fabulous.

Make sure before you place your order that you have a clear understanding as to delivery date. What the website says could be more forthcoming. Ask your rep specifically, and then you can be confident.

The process to design the coin was easy and they were so patient and continued to design what was asked with lots of changes along the way...but they did it fast and all looked excellent. However, once I received the coins, they were even better than the design shown. Highest quality I could imagine!

Everyone is very complimentary of the challenge coins. The quality was great and we are very thankful and will purchase the same design again in the future. Thank you for the attentive customer service and patience with our number of design changes.

The process could not be any easier. Staff is pleasant, professional, prompt and polite. The design they helped me create was better than I had imagined. To begin, this was a challenge coin made for my fathers funeral. Let me just say the ENTIRE team was nothing less than FANTASTIC! From initial contact, to designers, to shipping, the process was perfection! They worked fast and wonderfully knowing that this was not only important but special. They were so kind and understanding and got them done and shipped before deadline. On top of excellent service, the product itself is AMAZING! I placed an order with Lapel Pins Plus for military type coins. My reasons for using them were 1) fair pricing, 2) excellent communication and follow up, 3) they were recommended highly by a friend and 4) their delivery date was right on time. The coins arrived, packed well and looking great! I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and top of the line quality.

This company is a scam! This company loves to lie and not provide what you ask for. We sent in a request and gave them a month out for the date we needed it in hand. They stated they couldn't do that because it was too soon and would have to process it as a rush (lies to get more money) but would be getting a proof soon to review design. To this date, have never gotten the proof after multiple request. Was also told by another rep that they don't offer rushes on lanyards and that it would take even longer to get them made up and mailed even though both time frames given by the rep don't match what is posted on their website. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone that doesn't lie and try to cheat you out of your companies hard earn money. When I called them out on the incontinence they never followed back up to address them because I believe they are scared to face the music that someone found out about their little scam. Again, save yourself the headache, Don't use this company!
