I ordered a necklace for our 56th wedding anniversary, as the stone representing this is lapis lazuli. My wife was absolutely delighted with it but unfortunately within about three weeks all but one of the stones had fallen out.
I contacted the firm and straight away and they said they would replace it with a more expensive one. There was absolutely no hassle. I didn’t have to pay the difference in price and they were very quick and seemed very concerned that the stones have fallen out. Today the new necklace arrived and my wife loves it. I would thoroughly recommend this firm. I had a lovely correspondence with Faye and Jenny, the customer service was superb and the product excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful moonstone orb necklace, much prettier than I expected. The moonstone catches the light beautifully and I've already had compliments on it. It's delicate, elegant and exactly what I was looking for. I'm absolutely delighted with it.

Recieved a pendant and necklace as a gift for my sister. I was really impressed with the quality of the item and that it came with a little card that explained the background of the jewel. The pendant was packaged thoughtfully and included a personalised thank you note. All important touches that show how much the founders love their products.

I absolutely love this brand, I wear their earrings every day and I never take them off (not even to shower etc) and I am a fitness trainer so they are exposed to the elements for sure. In 2 years plus they have never lost their golden shine (unlike some other brands that promise the same). I have so many pieces now, my favourite is my mini opal heart necklace, its so delicate and wearable for all occasions.
