Your site says 100% guarantee so I expected an exchange or full refund.
My t-shirt is a large size shirt with the wrong tag size on it. Or their size chart is wrong. I have never had so much issues with a company like this.
Ordered an XL it fits like a L I asked for an exchange to an XXL so it did fit my friend with a pic and they refused asked for a refund and they said it was past the 30 days. Well by then it was cause they take forever to respond and don't take responsibility for their shirt mistake.

I have been ordering shirts from this company many times n never been disappointed. I love the quality n designs of their shirts. They can custom make whatever you want n Believe me they did that for me Many times. I recomend them highly. Their shirts are true to size n wash very well.

Excellent customer service! Not only did they create a design for my crossbreed Cockalier dogs to put on a tee shirt but when the tee shirt that I had ordered based on the past sizes I had ordered and their size guide was much too big for me they replaced it at no charge. This has been the most pleasant customer service experience I’ve had with a company and I highly recommend them.

I received my tshirt and was pleasantly surprised on the great quality. The sizing runs true and fits perfect. The company made a design especially for me with my breed of sheep. The graphics were amazing. Kudos to the artist. Some of my friends have also ordered one. I will be ordering more as gifts.
