I had a very concerning experience with this company. After reviewing the transaction history directly on their website, the timestamps of the transactions they claim exist are simply not there. The records I provided came straight from their system, and they clearly do not match what the company is now alleging.

What’s even more troubling is their claim that I placed bets over $25 on a game that supposedly has a strict $25 limit. How is that even possible if the system enforces that limit? This raises serious questions about the accuracy and integrity of their platform.

It appears that transaction details and betting records may have been altered after the fact to justify denying my withdrawal. I have screenshots showing these inconsistencies and will continue sharing them publicly so others are aware.

I strongly urge anyone using this platform to review their own transaction history carefully.

I have been playing for a while, sometimes using my own money and sometimes using bonus funds. Last week, I completed the playthrough requirements for a bonus and ended up with about $700. When I attempted to withdraw, I was told my account needed to be verified, even though I had already gone through the process to validate my debit card.

While waiting for approval the next day, I continued playing and ended up winning $2,400, bringing my total balance to $3,100. Once I was finally approved to withdraw, I requested $2,500 and continued playing with the remaining balance.

Today, I received an email claiming that I placed bets over $10 on three slot games. They also stated that two of those bets were well above what their system would even allow. I provided screenshots showing that this was not possible, along with my transaction history, which shows that the times they referenced are incorrect.

They told me it would take 3–4 days for a response, but based on this situation, I am concerned I may not receive any of my winnings. This feels like fraudulent and deceptive behavior.

I’ve had a positive experience with Las Atlantis Casino overall. Avoid, if you opt for any bonus they refuse to let you switch to cash balance until you've played the whole bonus balance then give no indication at all that you switch to cash balance.

I waited until I got paid to write this review. I followed a YouTuber's "review" on places that were supposed to be legit and paid fast. I won $600 off a $40 deposit and their bonus money.

The whole process started around January 23, 2025, and verification dragged on for about a month. During that time, I was getting verified instantly at other casinos and paid within 24 hours at most. Weeks later, after contacting customer support, I finally received $285! They charged me a fee just to send part of my money.

For the remaining $300, I didn't need to go through verification again, but it still took until May 13, 2025 to get paid, and they charged me $15 to send it. The entire process took nearly four months from start to finish.

Meanwhile, Chanced and many others pay instantly or within 24–48 hours with no fees. Avoid this place!

Please note that if you are going to play here, this is one of those casinos that sends your payout to a third party after they approve it and this can take several weeks if not months to receive your withdrawal. Unfortunately I just realized this because I am still waiting on a Bitcoin withdrawal that should be "instant" per their Terms and Conditions. However, the wording they use is deceiving. Wish I would have known this before I played here because there is nothing worse than waiting months to cash out. It is beyond frusterating. I wish these casinos would be transparent and just say this in the Terms and Conditions, but they don't of course.
