I would give 0 stars if that was possible. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

My appointment was cancelled because the clinic was closed, and no one bothered to inform me beforehand. I had already taken time off work, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

When I went to the clinic to request a refund, I had to visit three separate times, and on each occasion the staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.

During my last visit, I tried to explain that I was simply requesting my refund because the service I paid for was never provided. The staff member at the front desk struggled to communicate clearly, which made the situation even more frustrating, and instead of resolving the issue, security was called on us. That was completely unacceptable and very upsetting.

I was told my refund would be processed within 7 working days, but it has now been nearly 70 days and I still haven’t received my money back. Despite chasing multiple times, I’ve had no clear answers, poor communication, and no accountability from the clinic. I have also emailed head office more than four times and still received no proper resolution.

People in Bradford should be very careful when dealing with this clinic. In my experience, they seemed far more interested in taking payment than providing proper customer service or resolving issues professionally. Very disappointing experience.

Amazing first time experience
I had Lucy as my laser therapist and she explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable defo recommend her to anyone.

Not a good company sessions are always rushed, staff act like they don't want to be there and appt are cancelled last minute ! Stay away

Salma at the Bradford clinic provided exceptional care and was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly attentive. She provided me with excellent advice tailored to my skin conditions, including how to manage dryness and which exfoliating products would improve my skin. She truly went above and beyond, caring about my skin's health as well as the laser hair removal. She was so friendly and put me to ease throughout and the results are fantastic so I would absolutely recommend Laser Clinics!

I have been with laser Clinic Bradford a while now. Their laser is ok but they do have a high turn over of staff which makes it difficult to establish an effective treatment plan. I have only ever encountered one member of staff at Bradford that has been rude and unhelpful. Her name is Lucy. Unfortunately our interactions have made me decide to no longer use this clinic. I’m sure she won’t be there long. Maybe I’ll return when she goes but as the treatments are in intimate areas having a member of staff who’s rude is not acceptable.

I had 10 laser treatment sessions for three parts of my body. When I had my last session, I mentioned that my hair was still growing. They told me to book an additional appointment and pay for it. I had paid enough for 10 sessions, and they had said it would be more than enough, so I believed them. I'm not happy with the clinic; nobody takes me seriously. Also, for nearly every appointment, I had my laser treatment done by a different girl, and some of them looked like they didn't really know how to do the treatment.

I do not advise spending money in this place. The way the management treat their staff is absolutely atrocious. I came to book a session and upon arriving I heard 2 members of staff speaking very poorly about an employee, the way the staff spoke on this person was absolutely disgusting. If they can talk about their own staff like this then I dread to think what they say about their customers! Will not be using this place as work place bullying is disgusting.

I called into enquire about block booking treatments however whilst I was waiting to be seen there was a lot of shouting coming from a male and a female very aggressive, I don’t know why the management think they have the right to speak to an employee that way is beyond me….i certainly will not be booking anything with this place…BULLIES

Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience at Laser Clinics UK Bradford. The practitioner increased the laser intensity without explaining or warning me beforehand. It was much hotter and more painful.
When I raised concerns about the pain, I felt dismissed rather than supported, and the session felt rushed and impersonal. Clear communication and patient comfort are essential during this type of treatment, and I did not feel safe or well cared for. I would not like to be seen by this practitioner again.

My experience with laser clinic was perfect, warm reception from the workers, they are also helpful by giving the best advice.

I come here every month. Patricia goes through every step what shes doing how my skin is from last treatment and other optiond.
.patricia is one of the froendly people out there and always recommends to look after my skin which i do. I feel very much family.

Hydrafacial is the best and i thorough recommend it to everyone

I am shocked by the outcome of all my efforts trying to get support for the issues I got on my skin after one of my laser hair removal sessions. Although I have spoken with Briony many times, and sent email plus message on the website, I never got any response from her manager. Today I went in person again and they were there, but still did not emphasise with the long time waiting neither took responsibility for it. I have now a scar on my upper lip and they said I should wait another 6 months to heal!!!! That is awful and I will go further with this, wherever I can. Disgusting and disrespectful!

It was great until i went to my 6th appointment. The old staff was amazing. I paid for both face and neck laser treatment and its been done like this the whole time. And i got only face laser treatment and it was done in 2 mins usually it would take max 10 mins. When i told the lady several times that i paid for skin and neck and i couldnt say it more simple than that. She started blaming the policy and said it has changed and its not on the system.

Nervous at first, but found the courage to trust others with my skin. I have been twice for skin peel accelerator treatment with 4 sessions left. First class customer service. Both ladies who had done my treatment are caring, patient and professional. They know what they are doing and very experienced. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism at Laser Clinics Bradford.
My microdermabrasion appointment booked for 3rd January 2026 was cancelled without any prior notice. I was not informed by text, email, or phone. As a result, I was unable to secure another appointment that weekend. I emailed to request a refund but received no response. When I later called the clinic, I was told refunds are not offered, despite the cancellation being initiated by the clinic.
I eventually attended a rescheduled appointment on Saturday 17th January 2026 at 11:00 am, arriving early at 10:53 am. The receptionist was unwelcoming, avoided eye contact, and showed no basic customer service. I was not seen until after my appointment time.
During the treatment, there was no consultation, no explanation of the procedure.She just a leaflet about aftercare on the bed and closed the door behind me
The microdermabrasion itself was extremely poor, rushed, and ineffective. The treatment lasted less than 30 minutes and produced no results whatsoever. The original price is £80, and even at the discounted price of £40, it was not worth the money.
I have had several professional microdermabrasion treatments elsewhere and am fully aware of what a proper treatment involves. The therapist appeared inexperienced and disengaged. Overall, this clinic demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and care for its clients.
I would not recommend Laser Clinics Bradford to anyone.

POORLY MANAGED BRANCH.

I arrived early for my laser appointment but wasn’t seen until thirty minutes after my scheduled time. The treatment room had no paper roll because they’d run out, which is unhygienic. After waiting undressed with no sign of the therapist, I left.

This branch is consistently disorganised. They rarely answer the phone, reception is often unattended, and the service overall is poor.

I’ve had treatments at the Birmingham branch and the experience there was great, but this location is very badly run. I wouldn’t recommend it. Always short staffed.There’s no one ever on the desk and whenever I’ve called to try book an appointment no one ever answers.

I complained 4 months ago about my experience and twice and not heard from the managers even when I was told someone would be in touch.

Go to the Leeds branch, much better there!

1st appointment at laser clinic bradford broadway friendly staff who were very helpful had good service and experience.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment today ,but they didn't even find my appointment and said that that lady I supposed to have appointment with, didn't come today .I didn't even get any apology, took time from work for that appointment. It's outrageous how they treat their patients.Don't waste your time.
