A fabulous facial. I was anxious given it was my first session of microneedling and what I had read about it. I was put at ease and all my queries were answered fully.

Staff were friendly, quick and efficient.

This is my 2nd laser session.

I went through multiple laser sessions at this clinic and unfortunately my experience with their management and customer service was very stressful.

The laser therapists themselves were polite and professional, and I want to acknowledge that. However, when a problem arose, the way it was handled by management and front desk staff was extremely disappointing.

After a bikini-area treatment I developed pigmentation that was not there before. When I raised this concern, I received inconsistent answers — one operator indicated it could be laser-related, while management later dismissed the possibility outright without giving any alternative explanation, even though the area had not been sun-exposed and had no prior pigmentation. I was offered products to buy, but no meaningful resolution or accountability.

Communication and billing handling were also confusing and confrontational when I tried to clarify my remaining sessions and charges. Instead of feeling supported as a client raising a legitimate concern, I felt dismissed and spoken to unprofessionally.

In the end, I chose not to continue my remaining paid sessions because the process had become too stressful. No cosmetic treatment is worth that level of anxiety.

Based on my experience, the treatment staff were kind, but if something goes wrong, do not expect strong customer care or ownership from management. That was the most disappointing part.

I've been to this branch of the Laserclinics UK since last year, and every time they exceed my expectations.
Today, I received a treatment by Hannah, and I was impressed by her exceptional hospitality. I also enjoyed our conversation while receiving the treatment, and I believe that effectively eased the pain level.
I will be coming back to this branch of Laserclinics UK again :)

Every staff are really helpful and friendly.The service is excellent and I am really impressed.

Very rushed, staff spent most of time chucking lotions on, wiping them off again, rinsing the cleaning pads in the sink and wiping more. Only used the machine for at most 5mins then spent more time with lotions on and off, finishing with a weird finger tapping massage then pressing my head. Facial massage more than microdermabrasion. Terrible

Good service overall but different laser technicians will deal with you differently. Some are a bit more caring when carrying out the treatment and some not so much.
If you are happy with your technician see if you can rebook further treatments with them only.
