I’ve been going to the laser clinic in Croydon and honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. Portia has been absolutely amazing from my very first visit—she’s welcoming, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely at ease. She takes the time to explain everything and ensures you’re comfortable throughout the process. The results have been incredible, especially after just two sessions! I’m so impressed and would highly recommend both the clinic and Portia to anyone considering treatment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic during my 2nd laser hair removal session. I had a good experience with my first session it was done by ana she’s more professional and explained the procedure well and she knows how to assist people

During this session, the staff member did not properly assess my face before starting the treatment. Unlike my first session, my face was not marked or carefully checked, and the entire procedure was rushed and lasted only around 3 minutes.

She also did not provide a mirror before or after the treatment, which is something that was done during my first session. Instead, I felt rushed throughout the appointment without being given a proper chance to check the treatment area.

I was previously advised by the doctor to come without shaving so they could assess full hair growth, and I had also informed them about my PCOD. However, during this visit, the staff member said there was no note about this and even mentioned that it was the doctor’s fault for not recording it. She also said this could make the treatment ineffective. This clearly shows poor internal communication.

The treatment itself was not done properly, as I still had visible facial hair immediately after the session. I have photos taken right after the appointment as evidence.

Most concerning was a hygiene issue. While preparing a cotton pad for my mouth, the staff member accidentally placed it in the sink and then attempted to give it to me without replacing it. I had to ask for a new one. This is completely unacceptable in a clinical setting.

I already sent a full complaint email but received no response. I waited before posting this review to give the clinic a chance to respond, but due to no reply, I am now sharing this publicly.

For transparency, I am posting this a couple of days after the session

I have paid in full for a 10-session package, which makes this situation even more frustrating, as I cannot simply request a refund and go elsewhere.

I originally planned to share my full experience after completing all sessions, but given what happened and the lack of response, I feel it is important to raise this now.

I hope management takes this seriously and improves both hygiene standards and treatment quality

I usually receive my treatments from her or Boomika, and I am very pleased with both the results and the customer service. Keep in mind that receiving laser hair removal treatment on private areas can be difficult for some people, so I would like to especially thank them for making me feel comfortable and for creating a space where I can feel at ease and trust them. I had a very positive experience at the Croydon clinic, especially with Bhumika, who carried out my laser treatment. From the moment I arrived, she was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable.

She took the time to explain the entire process in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured I understood what to expect from the treatment. During the session, she was very attentive and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Her calm and caring approach really helped ease any nerves I had.

What stood out the most was her professionalism and attention to detail. She made sure everything was done properly and safely, and I genuinely felt that I was in good hands throughout the appointment.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Bhumika to anyone considering laser treatment. Thank you for such a great experience!

I go to the Croydon branch, and honestly what an amazing team but Portia especially is an Excellent addition she knows exactly what she doing!! I can always count on her to be honest about what treatment I need and tailors it to my skin. I absolutely love her, she works to the highest standards and makes me feel so comfortable and confident when I leave.

Had a vascular laser treatment done today in Croydon brunch by lovely lady Bhumika , she was very welcoming, professional, make me feel comfortable that I’m in good hands, really happy with her service and definitely will be going back there.

Would recommend, I always have a good experience, I’ve been going for about 2 years for laser treatment and they have really good customer service! The laser is great quality and they always have good deals.

Good Service overall. I saw a different therapist this time. She was professional just like the last previous therapist that I had.

I got the first time hair removal treatment on face and first the machine wasn’t working well second the hair are still on face and upper lips .

The therapist explained everything to me that I could understand treatment was pleasant and not painful very pleased with the results

Lip laser - I mentioned that I’ve already had several sessions and asked for a bit more intensity, as my hair keeps growing back. However, the therapist insisted on keeping the setting low, explaining that there’s a risk of skin burns. In the past, previous sessions were done at a stronger level without any issues, which I also mentioned to her. Despite that, she still went ahead with a very light treatment. It makes me wonder if they purposely keep the strength low so that clients need to come back for more sessions.
