I have been coming in peterbrough branch regularly for months, everyone is always nice & friendly. today Leanne did my laser treatment. She was absolutely brilliant and i am fully satisfied from her. i am going to request for her each time I have an appointment please. Thank you

All booked only to get to place and find they concerned about my meds then to get told they do full body for males including male private part then get told on arrival no they don’t do that areas only pubic areas wasted my travel and me turning up won’t use these people again also it was on the consent form and I was happy for them to do it this was at the Peterborough branch

I have had a great overall experience at this laser clinic. The sessions have been comfortable and almost painless, and the equipment they use is clearly modern and high quality for laser hair removal. After just a few sessions, I have already seen very noticeable results, which exceeded my expectations.

I visited this laser hair removal clinic for the first time and had full leg and Hollywood treatments. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The procedure went very smoothly and was surprisingly fast, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff explained everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the treatment. Overall, it was a great first experience, and I’m very happy with the service.

Attended Peterborough clinic today for 5th session of laser hair removal on my chin/lower lip/neck area. Have suffered for many years with unwanted, dark, coarse hairs on these areas and felt i had exhausted many removal methods. I had never considered laser hair removal as i thought it was expensive and not even sure if would be successful! i first approached the Peterborough clinic for further information one day after work on passing....from that first contact i have had an positive and great experience....every staff member i have had contact with have been helpful, kind, happy and shown great customer service skills, a true asset to the company. From talking through options, finance/payment plans and expectations of the treatment has been a positive experience. I hope and can imagine the positive experience will continue :-)

My first consultation was 5 minutes, I didn't like the attitude of the staff, especially the girl who conducted the consultation. She didn't even ask me what skin type I had, and I went for a facial problem!

I'm always happy with my laser appointments at your Peterbrough store .. I have seen an excellent response in just 5 sessions ... I have more to go but am really impressed with the staff, service and the outcome. Thank you

Had a first appointment booked with Peterborough branch. Spoke to a staff member when booking it and no proper info given. Got to store and they now told me it needs an assessment as its my first time and then can schedule an appointment. If they can’t even get this right how do they perform with treatments. Shocking!!!
