I booked 6 sessions with you, but only the first and last session were done properly. Every visit I had a different staff member, and many of them were rude or unprofessional. When I arrived early, I was kept waiting 20–30 minutes, but the one time I was late, my session was refused. This is unfair and inconsistent.I also booked face laser, but after one week the hair comes back the same. After completing all 6 sessions, there is no improvement at all. I have no medical issues, so the only explanation is that the sessions were not done properly or consistently.
I also brought 3 other people with me, and all of them were unhappy and unsatisfied with the service. This shows the issue is not just with my treatment.I even tried to speak to staff directly, but they ignored me and walked away instead of listening or helping. This behaviour is completely unprofessional.I am very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism. I request a proper explanation and a solution — either a corrective sessions with an experienced staff member.Thank you.

I’ve had 4 sessions so far at Laser Clinics Fulham and it’s been really good. The staff are really nice and kind, which makes the whole experience feel easy and relaxed when you go in.

Li and Thelma have been amazing every time. They’re really thorough and don’t miss a single spot, and they always make you feel comfortable during the treatment.

Overall it’s been a great experience so far and I’d definitely recommend them.

Staff do not do laser as asked. The member of staff did my laser today wasn't good at all and when I asked her to do it right she just ignored me and said I am done now.

Zana is amazing and her experience in the field comes through. She was efficient and educated me on laser post care in detail!

My hair removal treatment did not work at all. During the treatment, I told the lady several times that the setting did not feel strong enough, as I have had this treatment multiple times before and it felt completely different on those occasions. She reassured me not to worry, saying that the treatment was very strong and that it would work.I trusted her, although I still had my doubts. Now, after couple of weeks and with no hair falling out, it is clear to me that the treatment was not carried out properly. I’ve contacted the salon multiple times regarding a refund, but my requests have been ignored.
Please don’t waste your time or money at this place!

Poor and unprofessional experience. I went into the clinic to book a specific therapist (Gul) who had been recommended to me. The reception staff initially acted as if she didn’t exist, then after some back and forth confirmed she did and said they’d call me to confirm the booking—which they did later that evening.
I arrived today at the agreed time, only to be told Gul doesn’t even work on Fridays. When I challenged this, the response from reception (possibly the manager) was dismissive—saying the person who booked it was “just helping out” and suggesting I use another therapist instead.
This is basic incompetence. If they can’t correctly manage and honour a simple appointment booking, it’s hard to have any confidence in the service they provide. I would not recommend

I had my laser appointment today and I’m so happy with the service I received. My usual treatment includes underarms, upper lip, and Brazilian. When I arrived, Bindya explained that my appointment time had been shortened due to a scheduling issue, which meant there wasn’t originally enough time allocated for my underarm treatment.

Despite this, Bindya went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure I received my full treatment. She was incredibly professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She was also very friendly and chatty, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the treatment.

I would like to give special recognition to Bindya at the Bristol branch for her excellent customer service and dedication to her clients. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really made a difference to my experience today. Thank you, Bindya, for going the extra mile—I truly appreciate it!

7 weeks ago I had my first appointment NurseEsther Emenike-Okorie who put me at ease straight away . She recommended the Obagi Nu Derm system for my sun damaged face . Went for my checkup today and the results in just 7 weeks is absolutely amazing ! What I really liked is that Esther has checked in with me via WhatsApp and if I’ve had any questions I’ve messaged in WhatsApp Esther has replied . Always supportive and encouraging. The other staff are also very friendly too .

Wonderful Staff, Quick and effective service, treated well and very Trans Friendly, easily talked about issues with medication and treatment and talked it through staff all seemed very knowledgeable.

Hi I came in with my mum today and Sadia did my mum’s laser, sadia was polite and professional with her job. The minute we walked in. She greeted us with a smile. She knew exactly what she was doing. My mum was very pleased with her job I would rate her 100 stars that’s how good Sadia is. Thank you for looking after us and doing a great job.

I have a very pleasant experience with Dipti in particular, she was very helpful bless her and gave me so much insightful information regarding my skin and how to keep it at bay after laser! She provided a really warm and welcoming customer service and hope to see her again for my appointment! Thank you Dipti!

Great results for laser hair removal. Highly recommend. Had 8 and hair has completely disappeared. No regrowth for over 7 months now

This is my 6th Laser hair removal session, and I have been seen by many different technician, but yesterdayI was truly impressed with my technician Sara in St Geroge Centre Harrow as she has a very light and caring hands Unlike others who would just do it so quickly.
