Had a very bad experience. The young girl after doing some work on my shoulders increased the temperature and did the back of my neck.
Was severely burnt, painful and blistered my skin.
Will not be coming back again.
Staff inexperienced.

I recently had a laser hair removal appointment at Laser Clinics Australia Tea Tree Plaza, and I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received.

I would especially like to commend Jayna for her exceptional professionalism and attentiveness. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of the procedure, maintained a calm and reassuring manner, and ensured that I was comfortable at every stage of the treatment. Her attention to detail and genuine care for patient comfort truly stood out.

Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to continuing my treatments at your clinic. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of service and patient care.

The worker was a little standoffish today, and didn’t complete all services my daughter and I came in for, plus we had to apply the cream ourselves at the end. Not a big deal, but part of the service we get with other workers, and they are normally lovely people, have a bit of a chat, not forced smiles

Today I had my first treatment with Kirsty, for so many years I have wanted to do this for myself but was too nervous. Well I’m so grateful I came to you girls Kirsty you made me feel so comfortable and calm and that’s all i could honestly ask for and want upon my first visit. The salon staff are also so friendly & welcoming I can’t wait to come back

Another Awesome experience at the Laser Clinic TTP. Today I had a Expert Firming Facial and my skin looks and feels amazing. Special shout out to Prudence for amazing customer service, and always making sure my time at the store is fun and relaxing.

Poor level of customer service at TTP Adelaide
I called Friday for a courtesy call to let them know I was running about five minutes late to my appointment due to the rain.
Nicole had told me that I had no other option but to cancel my appointment , I literally was at the traffic lights and was stuck in traffic. Expinfjmf I was just around the corner .
I had a 1045am appointment and 11:05 am appointment straight after
I was told I’d have to come back at 11.40
My appointment was back to back
I was not inconveniencing anyone else
My frustration is at each and every time I have gone into an appointment I’ve had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes , never have the staff been on time at any appointments
It’s usual to wait .

Email to make a complaint on Friday only to receive a generic cut-and-paste email from laser clinic that someone would contact me.
Three days later no one has contacted me
No one has arranged my refund I am requesting as I am refusing to go back into this business I have spent hundreds in and have been loyal to
I have had two issues with this particular staff member and her level of customer service and just Palin and simply do not wish to return
This just articulates the poor level of customer service within this company having to wait for someone to call you to rectify a customer complaint .

Always get great service and beauty advice from the team at Tea Tree Plaza. I've been going there for years for laser treatment and other beauty services.

I have been coming here for a year now. I won't go anywhere else. Prue is amazing super efficient and friendly. Highly recommend laser clinics Australia 😁😁
