I am extremely disappointed with the appointment management and customer service at Laser Clinics Australia — Tweed Heads.

On my two most recent bookings the clinic repeatedly changed my appointments without my prior confirmation or consent. I schedule two separate treatments in a single visit and deliberately allow appropriate time between them; despite this, staff repeatedly altered the times and forced the treatments to overlap or have large gaps between treatments on the day. Each time I expressly asked for the original booking to remain, my requests were ignored.

On one occasion the appointment was changed only hours beforehand and I received no notification. When I arrived at the clinic I was told I was “too late” and was required to rebook and return on another day. This is an unacceptable level of disorganisation and a complete failure of basic communication and customer care.

I regret purchasing a treatment package from this location. Until management significantly improves their scheduling practices and communication, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone who values reliability and professional service.

First time smokers lines to be filled. Booked consultation ( as I had no idea what to expect)
Straight in, no consult (I had booked before any work to be done) or conversation about what I was doing ,( except for my writing lip wrinkles gone) , numb cream on and under the assumption of Botox, have found out through alternative correction… filler.
I had a small conversation about the negatives of filler with the nurse …. She had agreed!
Just spent another $500 getting corrective injectables through alternative recommended professional nurse, to balance my lopsided upper lip, and opposite lopsided lower lip, which I also have a lump the size of a pea inside my lip.
I now know, the injections should be massaged in as doing,… I either had a rub over, or nothing.
You may ask why I didn’t do anything about it at the time?…. I didn’t know, first time injectable’s… just did what I was told….. feeling a bit stupid.
Don’t be me!!!!!!
Tweed Heads Laser Clinic

Today I had a microdermabrasion with Bella. It was brilliant. Already my skin looks more refined and clear and is already showing signs of a glow, can’t wait till I get the full effect. The facial was so relaxing I fell asleep. I asked Bella many questions about my skin and she was only too happy to give me advice, she is a very thorough, capable and professional Therapist.

I had the Aqua Facial this morning at Tweed Heads, and it was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable therapist. I was offered a complimentary LED session which I was very impressed with. I’ve booked for a second session in two weeks time. I live overseas, travel a lot and regularly have treatments in different countries. The service at Tweed Heads was excellent, my skin is healthy and glowing! I highly recommend this clinic, and am looking forward to my next treatment.

I have made a booking, today 13 July at 3.30 for air removal at your tweed head clinic, and how disappointed I am when because I've been late of 10 minutes the receptionist and 2 staff members of the shop told me that they was enable to do the full traitement as they don't have even 15 minutes between bookings to refresh the room or another room available, as it is, I refused the whole package after drove an hour and haven't took the sun for 2 weeks !
Its very unprofessional to dont even have 5 minutes between your bookings or give a plans of the site as it is a labyrinth
