Easy to work with, quickly got us up to speed on two new sizes of labels, understood we were in a hurry because our regular supplier let us down.

Some quality issues but excellent customer service
This was my first order. I am a commercial printer and ordered blank kisscut 4-up labels. I printed on a Canon ImagePress C800 toner-based digital machine. They ran fine. My complaint is that there was kisscut placement inconsistency between batches and 10-15% were cut too narrow. Luckily I had enough overs to complete the job without using the 10-15%. Danny apologized and promptly refunded me the portion that was cut too narrow. I will use LaserInkjetLabels.com again and hope the quality issues were anomalies.

We offer free templates in a variety of file formats for use in a wide range of different design and word-processing software to create label layouts. We cannot, nor have access to, guarantee that our labels are compatible with another company's, or manufacturer's specific software. Our labels are made custom to order, and as such, items are typically non-refundable except when a product is defective or otherwise damaged. Please look over our templates and let us know if you need help creating your label with any of the software listed.

Was using Avery Kraft labels and they just would not stick. Moved over to these kraft extra aggressive, and never looked back. Exactly what we were looking for and shipped very quickly too. Very happy!

Bad return/exchange policy and customer service
I purchased 5 different rolls of blank labels. Before I even received the product, I realized some of them were the wrong dimensions. I asked for an exchange and your company refused. These were blank labels, unopened, and easily able to be resold. Your customer service is horrible. I don't believe I will be labels from you again because of this.
