WARNING TO ALL WHO WANT TO SHOP AT LASERPECKER

I ordered my package at Laserpecker on 6/3 on the European side. Because there was supposed to be fast delivery and no duty/tax. After a lot of delays, LaserPecker chose to send it from China, despite me explaining that they would add tax and duty. Which they promised to pay....
1/4 The package is finally sent with UPS. On 16/4 I was told to pay 36 Euros in tax. I pay them and contact LaserPecker, the answer is that they will pay.... but later, not now.
UPS promises delivery on 17/4 in Denmark. I then sit at home and wait 5 hours for the package. Since it doesn't come, I contact UPS.
Now the package has disappeared, and they won't clean it up either. Nor will they refund the tax.

So now I have written to LaserPecker ..... and am waiting for a response.

I have cancelled the transaction and want all my money back, including the tax paid.

If only they had done as they promise on their site, shipped from a German warehouse and not messed it up so terribly.

So before you buy from LaserPecker ....think is it really worth it. THE ANSWER is NO.

Ordine fatto e pagato il 2 febbraio 26 accessori sul sito ufficiale come disponibili ad oggi 8 marzo 26 neanche ancora spediti.scritto all assistenza più volte e dicono sempre la stessa cosa ,siamo dispiaciuti per l'inconveniente appena il materiale sarà disponibile spediremo . Allora c'è l'avete o non c'è l'avete a magazzino.
Punto 2 ho un problema con il lp4 per quanto riguarda la squadratura del galvo anche qui gli ho nauseati di email ma niente soluzioni .continuano a invitarmi a vedere il link per la messa in bolla ,ma il problema non è quello. In più non c'è nessuna assistenza seguita da persone fisiche solo risponditori automatici ai.
Peccato mi ero fidato di un marchio così conosciuto ma non ci ricaschero più.

Customer Service Awful.
I received my LP2 in 2021 and have been battling since then to get the fault with the machine sorted. Initially the language barrier was a clear problem. Later I finally got to 'chat' with someone who understood and it looked like I was making headway. Now I have been shunted to someone else and they are telling me it's out of warranty! Well D'uh! I've been trying to sort this out for nearly three years! Very frustrating indeed.
The machine itself would be great... if it worked properly. But I think the measure of a company is in its customer service, and sadly this one failed miserably.

Came very late from China to Canada.
Showed 2-5 day delivery came in 2 weeks.i had to pay duties to UPS.
After checking it was so slow I didn’t like it at all so wanted to return got email saying only 80% I get back code I opened it .and I have to ship it myself. Cose i tried it couple times. I spent 3200 Canadian
So I’m loosing 1000$ just like that in one week. That’s bunch of crooks.
But when I tried it it sooooo slow!!! Only 4000 m /sec. It’s dead slow compare even to Genmitsu Z5-1 ( 10000 m/s)
Now I’m stuck with this turtle 🐢 pecker4 . Everyone please to your survey and don’t get into same problems . Take care everyone.

After reading reviews of almost every laser, I kept coming back to the LaserPecker. The easy to use portion really swayed me to go towards the LP2. I couldn’t be happier! Within minutes of opening I began engraving items. It’s beyond easy. You can even grab photos from your camera roll and engrave. Warning- it is slightly addictive and you will find yourself rummaging through your home to find items to engrave. It comes with one pair of protective goggles but I would suggest purchasing a few more. My family all wanted to gather around to check it out. I’m two weeks in and I’m obsessed!

After 6 months of using my Laserpecker 2, I’m still enormously pleased with this little machine. It’s compact, easy to use with the app and bluetooth connection, and very quick. I’m also impressed by the design and the finish. Unlike the rail-based engraver I used before, this thing is robust, easy to store, and a joy to handle.

Backed the project in february 2021 for 800$, No news since then, except poor excuses about the delay.

EDIT: I finally revcieved it and it works fine! Patience it took 1 year to me (Indiegogo backer)....

I bought a laser print 3 months ago, but I received a plastic whatch (Saint Paypal save my money).
I have all documents to show what i wrote (email oreder and plastic whatch)
